All bedrooms are upstairs.
The lower floor is made up of two large living rooms (one rather adult with an English smoking room type decoration with fireplace and video projection and the second very bright rather organized for children with 70s decoration and numerous games for all ages) as well as 'a large dining area which has retained the charm of our grandmother's grocery store (a well-known character in the village since the grocery store was open for 60 years!) and which is decorated with many objects sold from the era but where you will find all the current modernity required in a kitchen!
This house is organized and designed for family reunions with many games, but also with very good internet access (fiber)!
You will have at your disposal behind the house: a shaded courtyard, a ping-pong table, a large plot of land of 2000m2 and an outdoor dining area with charcoal BBQ and wooden table that can accommodate 8 people.

The house is located 4 minutes from the A89 motorway exit allowing you quick access to all the jewels of the region: Brive-la-Gaillarde 20 km, Tulle, the slate sections of Allassac, Uzerche , Objat, Lake Causse and its walks or mountain bike rides, the region's markets and the numerous lakes in the region for swimming in summer: in Saint-Féréole, Seillhac., Saint Mexant..
