In the commune of Corbara, we offer you this charming 240 m² air-conditioned single-storey house with sea view and swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features an attractive 39 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, five bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 1,000 m² garden. - Bedroom 3: features a queen-size bed (160×200), with a shower room and WC
- Bedroom 4: has two single beds with shower room and WC
- Bedroom 5: features a queen-size bed (160×200), with en-suite shower room and WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A (private, heated) 8x3.5m swimming pool open from April to the end of October (depending on weather in October) the pool is enclosed by unsecured gates.
- 1,000 m² enclosed garden
- A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Corbara, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot.

- Nearest airport: Calvi airport 25 minutes and Bastia airport about 1h15mn by car.

Other remarks :
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- For your safety and that of the owners, the house is equipped with external security cameras (on the street side).
