Good enough

The condo itself was fine, everything was in good shape. The kitchen appliances seemed unused and we didn't use anything but the fridge, but if you're expecting a fully stocked kitchen, look elsewhere. It's pretty bare-bones. Be mindful that the resort fees and parking are not included in the VRBO rate. It adds a sizable amount. The location is quite good, right in a bustling part of the boardwalk, and I liked that two beach chairs were included (the beach is right at your doorstep, and the hotel's beach workers were great). The rooftop pool is nice but be advised that it seems to be open to the public and, frankly, there were some really trashy people there. I mean, who just dumps their unfinished drinks into the pool? We saw this multiple times. Maybe it was a Spring Break crowd? There are no-smoking signs everywhere but people were smoking everywhere, both tobacco and weed. It didn't bother me so much but I would think there would be people who would take issue.

Great get away location!

Unit was perfect! I came from a conference and they have a washer/dryer in unit so I could wash my clothes while relaxing. Close walk to the beach and love that two chairs were included on the beach. They also let us check out a couple hours late so we wouldn’t have to sit at the airport for four hours. Will be back again!

The unit had no supplies in the kitchen. No paper towels, no dish soap, no dish washer soap, no laundry detergent. We were only there for four days and had to go and buy all these items. It is not that expensive to provide small samples of these. It was very inconvenient to have to go out and buy them. Otherwise we loved it and would stay at Costa again.
