Located on the first floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, private and secure garage, terrace, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
The accommodation is composed of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, an independent kitchen, a living-dining room with television and access to the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
The basic products in the kitchen and bathroom will also be present so that you can take full advantage of your arrival in the accommodation.

## Access

The accommodation is located a few minutes from the Croisette, making it easily accessible.
The apartment is fully equipped. Sheets and towels are provided and you will have access to the entire accommodation.

All spaces in this apartment are for travelers, we will ask tenants to take care of the premises upon each arrival.
Love has been put in so that you can have your best vacation so thank you for respecting it.

##Neighborhood

The apartment is located in a quiet and bourgeois area, in the heights of Cannes.
Cannes city center is only 3km away, with its many shops and palaces. It is also a very sought-after and lively place. Restaurants, bars and shops await you! Rue d’Antibes is 10 minutes by car…Not forgetting the beach and the Croisette.
You will also find shops in Vallauris.

## Transit

Access to the accommodation from Nice Côte d'Azur airport is possible by bus: take bus 210 towards Cannes and get off at the Cannes – Gare SNCF stop. Then take bus 9 towards Fournas and get off at the La Vista stop. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and a half and this stop is located 50m from the apartment.
You can also ask us to organize a transfer by private vehicle from the airport to the apartment.
The Cannes SNCF train station is located 3km away, allowing you to visit Antibes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even Italy easily.
You can also come by car and park in the private garage in the courtyard of the residence.

This residence is a good quality residence, of course we will ask you to respect the neighborhood.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. During their stay, travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.

Smoking is not allowed inside.

Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two ways:
- Either independently and free with an illustrated guide.
- Either in a personalized manner with one of our agents, invoiced according to the time and to be paid on arrival.
