Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 80m² house has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The living room on the first floor features a comfortable sofa bed (more suited for children) and two TVs to watch all your favorite shows. It has a mezzanine space with a queen bed. The main bedroom, on the second floor, is also equipped with a queen bed and a TV. All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The second living space, on the 3rd floor, also has a sofa bed and a TV.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

In addition, there's a private balcony with seating areas to enjoy the fresh air.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The nearest train station, Antibes, is just a 14-minute walk.

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
