Outside:
- A shared swimming pool (4×12 m) that is unheated, fenced, childproofed and open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture and a view of the pool to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
