Booked this property online as it looked promising, had 2 bedrooms and was close to downtown Redlands. Working with the owner was a breeze as she was communicative and provided check-in procedures in a timely fashion and allowed us to check-in early. Each room was decorated nicely and the kitchen and bathroom were updated with new cabinets and appliances.
Unfortunately, the property smelled "old and damp". I saw air freshener plug-ins were placed in throughout but all were all empty. Additionally, many of the electrical sockets were loose. Because one of the bedrooms shared a wall, the neighbor next door could be heard through the wall. The rental provided all the basics - towels, tp, dishes, soap and coffee etc. The beds were comfortable (1 queen, 1 full). It would have been nice if there was access to a vacuum and additional toilet paper and towels, not just the 2 provided for my 5 night stay.
Previous reviews mentioned noise from the train. That was not an issue. Most noise came from the neighbors barking dog and the high number of vehicles zooming down the street.
One Suggestion – invest in new area rugs. Current rugs look like they have not been shampooed or vacuumed in some time.
