Our 4 Cottages are in Pacific Beach, only 5 blocks from the Beach. This is a great location, close to everything you will need but also quiet and private enough for you to relax in the cottage watching some movies or sipping your favorite drink. Cheers!

Conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach and bay you will have easy access to a variety of fun things to do. -Potential for noise — PB is a young and active neighborhood. Expect some nights to be more active than normal, specially since other 3 cottages around you are also rentals
-Some spaces are shared
-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
