- Open, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.).
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (160cm) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (140cm) and dressing area.
- Shower room with large walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, washing machine.
- Separate WC.
- Terrace with garden furniture.
The flat is located on the raised ground floor of a very peaceful new residence.
