Spectacular 5BR House - South Facing Pool, beautiful resort!

This family-friendly home is the perfect place for you and your loved ones to enjoy while visiting the theme parks and attractions of Orlando, Florida.

This 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home features a sparkling south facing pool and spa set in a screened enclosure, a games room with a pool table, plus themed bedrooms the children will adore.

Downstairs this house has two adult and kid bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed both master en-suite bathrooms and a twin bedroom. Upstairs has an adult room with a queen bed as well as a twin bedroom with a hallway bathroom.

• The pool is South facing and features a large deck for lounging and patio furniture. Please note you can also pre-book the pool/ spa/ jacuzzi/ hot tub heat for your home for an extra fee.

• The living room has nice furniture as well as a large Television

• All of the appliances are stainless steel.

• The Games room includes a very nice pool table

• All the bedrooms have a TV with cable.

• Pack-n-Play and high chair.

• Electronic lock system (no keys to pick up or remember)

• The house has a ring door bell by the front door.

• All lines are included.

• A washer and dryer.

Whether you're in Florida for the attractions or simply to relax, you've found the perfect location. The home is furnished to a high standard with your every comfort in mind.

This is the perfect place to return to at the end of a long day with all the comforts of home. You can relax around the pool with a cold drink and plan your next adventure. There’s so much to see and do in the area that you will need an occasional day to simply chill out in the home while the children have fun in the private swimming pool.

*Please remember that our home is non-smoking, and we have a strict no-pets policy as well. Please note that the Community allows only 4 cars per property. Also No commercial vechicles or trailers are allowed in the community.

Nestled in the popular Windsor Palms gated resort community - less than 4 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando.

Great Location

The house was beautiful, just as pictured. The location is wonderful in regards to anything Disney and the neighborhood is charming.

We were very happy with everything from the start of booking the house to our stay at the house.

The property was very nice and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend VRBO and the house we stayed at, to family and friends.

Great house close to clubhouse

This was a perfect house for our Florida getaway. The resort is close to the parks as well as shopping and restaurants. The house is just one street over from the clubhouse and you can simply go out the back and walk right over to the big pool and use all the resort amenities. The location was perfect for us. The house is spacious and had all the essentials. We had three couples and four teenagers in our group. It was great to have beds for everyone and ample bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and featured a new refrigerator. Cookware could use an upgrade but we made due. The griddle in the pantry was great for making big batches of pancakes, eggs, and grilled sandwiches. An outdoor grill would be a nice addition. We did not want to pay to rent one (they offer that but it is quite expensive) so we used the charcoal grills by the clubhouse. We paid for pool heat which was nice early in the week when we had cool temps but made the pool pretty warm when the temperatures were above 80F. I’d say only pay for heat when temps are below 75F. There is no overnight street parking at this resort. We had 3 cars and only 2 fit in the driveway. There is open parking right behind the house making this house a great choice. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the property and the resort to others. It was a great home base for our week in Orlando. The property manager was responsive to the questions we had leading up to the trip and helpful with our planning.

So close to disney!!

I had a group of 10 people. We all fit perfectly and there was still room. The property manager was very helpful the only time I called and he sent someone immediately. We had a great time in this beautiful home and it only took us 10 minutes to get to the disney gates! This house is close to everything shopping, walmart, walgreens, the gas station... literally everything! I can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect!

This really was a gem!! So grateful we could stay here! My kids loved the pool (we paid for the pool to be heated, which was worth it in March!) and they loved the balcony style. My in-laws appreciated a first-floor room with a walk in shower. And the kitchen was well-stocked for our group of 8. Highly recommend!
