The space
Here's what you'll enjoy when you stay at Vista Palm Springs: A generous private home, walled garden, private driveway with space to securely park your vehicles, and beautiful landscaping with very tall palm trees, cactus, aloe vera, and more. And that's just outside the front door!
In the house, you'll find a well appointed living room with sofas and chairs centered around a beautiful fireplace, an open plan kitchen with island and breakfast bar, a separate wet bar with drinks fridge, and a dining table - all with beautiful views over the entertainer's dream of a back yard.
The three bedroom suites with ensuite bathrooms are ready when you'd like privacy and space to recover from whatever you decide to do when visiting - whether lounging around at home, venturing the short distance into town from Movie Colony East to the many local bars and restaurants, or visiting the other local attractions.
In the back yard, you'll enjoy a deep salt water pool, with baja shelf to lounge around either in the water or on the in-pool loungers so you can feel refreshed in the water, relax in the oversized salt water hot tub, go for S'mores in the sunken fire pit, recline on the daybed or one of many loungers and outside sofas, cook up a treat in the fully featured outdoor kitchen with natural gas BBQ grill, refrigerator and sink, or perhaps enjoy drinks at the outside bar area where the adjacent citrus grove is standing by to supplement your cocktails. Whatever you decide to do, you'll enjoy spectacular mountain views while you're doing it.
If you're looking to stay connected, you'll love the ultra fast wifi throughout the house and grounds. We don't skimp here - the service is fiber 2Gig download/upload - so you'll enjoy your entertainment or that FaceTime/Zoom call with no issues; even if you're all online at the same time.
Finally, you can be safe (and green!) in the knowledge that the house is solar powered with battery backup, so should the electricity go out in Palm Springs, you'll be sitting pretty! And if you're arriving with an electric car, we have a Level 2 Charger on site optionally available to contract separately for unlimited use for a small daily charge per vehicle.
Guest access
Parking is easy; you'll have access to the secure driveway where you can park up and the automated gate can provide access.
The house is a short walk to key shops and restaurants and only 5 minutes in a car/Uber to the main Palm Springs attractions.

In addition to the house, pool, and oversized hot tub, you'll enjoy the outdoor kitchen with natural gas BBQ grill, sunken fire pit, giant Jenga, giant beer pong, and citrus grove. Like to work out? A Peloton and 3lb weights are waiting for you (bring your cleat shoes and log in!).

Standard practice for vacation rentals in this region is to charge a supplement for pool/hot tub heating. Pool and hot tub heating is available for a discounted $99/day, is recommended October – May and is what all of our guests have enjoyed since we started operating. These heating charges are paid directly and are not subject to city taxes. If you would like to enjoy the heated pool and oversized hot tub, please provide notice in advance so we may prepare the right services for you!
Overnight occupancy limit is six (6) adults and two (2) minors age twelve (12) and under. Primary renter must be 25 years old.
Note: The booking will include the 11.5% TOT tax, City of Palm Springs Transit Occupancy Tax and the 1% TBID (Tourism Business Improvement District) assessment on short stays. The City of Palm Springs ID#4838.
