The Coco Cottage (formerly The Coco Cabana) is located on a direct access road minutes from the beach and public parking. Be at the beach in five minutes by opting to rent the Golf Cart that is street legal with a lithium battery and license plate already registered for beach parking. This home also comes with a outdoor shower with hot/cold water.

Enjoy the best of island living at this newly upgraded ranch home. Enjoy a sleek full kitchen, TVs in each bedroom, and a dog-friendly backyard perfect for home cookouts. Stroll three minutes and explore various dining and shopping options along East Oak Island Drive. Venture 10 minutes on foot to the beach for sun-kissed days along the sand and surf. Go fishing off the pier or tee off at Oak Island Golf Club. Discover American cuisine, cocktails, and ocean views at Duffers Pub & Grille, located on-site.

Kick back on the sectional and stream shows on the smart TV in the contemporary living area. Prepare fresh meals in the fully equipped and upgraded kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops, a farm sink, and an array of helpful appliances and gadgets. Gather for mealtime around the dining table in the kitchen. A flex room offers additional seating with a drop-leaf table that can fold into a console table or extend into a dining table. (Stackable chairs can be tucked away in the corner when not in use.)

Find comfort in the primary suite, with a king bed, smart TV, and an en-suite half bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a smart TV, while the third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds and a TV. The guest bathroom holds a tub/shower combination. The flex room provides extra sleeping options with a twin daybed and twin trundle. During the day, this space can be used as extra dining space. The bathroom connected to this room offers a walk-in shower with a body spray shower system. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.

The fully fenced backyard is perfect for dog owners. Sip morning coffee on the deck, featuring a patio set with tables and seating. In the evening, keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill and gather around the large picnic table. A storage shed provides cushions for the patio furniture as well as lawn games, beach toys, beach chairs and lawn and beach shade equipment that renters are welcome to use.

THINGS TO KNOW
A four-passenger golf cart is available for guests at an additional charge of $350 per week, or $50 per day for shorter reservations. The rental must be for the entire length of the reservation. The guest will need to sign the Golf Cart Liability waiver form. The golf cart comes with an Oak Island parking pass which is a value worth $80 per week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
