Easily walk to a plethora of shops, restaurants, and downtown attractions from this 1BR riverfront condo! Highlights include a balcony overlooking the Cape Fear River and views of the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge and Battleship North Carolina.

Travel just 10 miles to hit the sand at nearby Wrightsville Beach. Hiking, biking, and other outdoor recreational opportunities abound in the surrounding area.

Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.)

The inviting living area is furnished with a plush sofa. Kick back and watch a new movie on the 48 cable TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the kitchen, equipped with a suite of appliances (except for a dishwasher).

When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for two.

THE LOCATION

Located just off of the Cape Fear River in downtown Wilmington, this condo has a prime location for exploring the best of the city. Walk just minutes to shops and restaurants.

Local attractions include the Burgwin-Wright Museum & Gardens, Thalian Hall performing center, Brooklyn Arts Center, Bellamy Mansion Museum, and the Cape Fear Museum of History & Science.

Drive 10 miles to Wrightsville Beach for a day by the waves. Hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating are also available in the surrounding area.

No Frills, But all the essentials and a great location

Overall, this property was just as described. No extra frills or amenities, but it had everything I needed and I loved the location! It was clean and comfortable. The detailed parking info was helpful! Would stay again.

Nice. Window blind in bedroom would not block light from corridor/parking lot. Cooking breakfast is limited; cookware.

Wilmington stay

The property was clean. As with other units we have rented in the Riverview complex it’s small but conveniently located to the historic district. The view of the river is great. This unit was sparsely furnished with amenities and could use some improvements. Overall a good unit but not up to par with other units in this building.

The location was perfect for what I wanted. The floors and dishes were not clean when we checked in. The a/c unit was incredibly loud and obnoxious. The mattress was hard. Not firm, but hard. Other than the location, I would not recommend.

River front apartment.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway

First time in Wilmington and this was the perfect place for us to stay. Great location, awesome view of the river front. Great restaurants, bars and shopping all in walking distance. And only about a 25 min drive to Wrightsville beach. We enjoyed our stay and would book again!

This is a great condo on the river with beautiful views and prime location. Within walking distance of just about everything downtown. Easy check in and check out process. Would definitely stay here again.

Attentive Owner

The owner was attentive to any of my needs and reached out to welcome me and ask whether I needed anything. I enjoyed my time in front of the USS NC and the downtown Wilmington block full of restaurants and bars.

Perfect location!

Wonderful location in the historic downtown, we enjoyed the entire River walk and Front st area! Walking distance to everything and only used our rental car to get to the beaches! Can’t wait to stay again!

Centrally located and comfortable accommodations

This place was perfect for the two of us on a weekend getaway. It's a great location, with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We had no need for our car all weekend. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and the view of the Riverwalk was beautiful.

Perfect Riverfront location

If you want to stay on the Riverfront, this place is perfect. A beautiful view that includes the USS Carolina, and walking distance to all kinds of restaurant, shopping, entertainment, and wedding venues.

Great Getaway Location!!

My husband and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary here for a 4 night stay! The view was beautiful from our balcony, the bed was very comfortable (better than ours at home)! Located right in the middle of shopping and the best restaurants!! We really enjoyed staying here! Would definitely recommend!

Appropriate & Suitable

I loved the location and all the amenities that came with the rental. The view from the balcony was more than I expected. The rental was clean and prepared for my stay. Communication with staff was easy and hospitable. I can't say enough good things about my experience during my stay.

Will absolutely stay here again

My wife and I stayed here while attending Grizmas in July at the Riverfront Amphitheater. We could walk to and from the show (about a ten minute walk away) and we were surrounded by tons of restaurants, bars and shops. The nightlife is fun and everywhere we ate was really good. I will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town. The only caveat is that there is no on-site parking. We parked a blocked down in a parking garage and I left my car there all weekend because I didn’t need it. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The location on the river was pretty and near the riverwalk but there is a rooftop restaurant behind the building that is loud into the night. There is construction in front and the whole street is torn up.Furnishings were mismatched and not in good condition (headboard was broken off).We were asked to start towels in the wash but no detergent was provided.No dish rag was provided to wash dishes.There was a stove but no pans to use in the oven.There was a coffee maker but no filters.There were several other things but we made the best of it and left a note of our concerns. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
