This home offers 2 Bedrooms at the entry of the house with a shared bathroom. The stylish sliding door closes these bedrooms off from the rest of the house for more privacy. The Foyer leads you into the very open floorplan where the entire family can be together rather you are watching the 65 inch TV, Enjoying a family meal or all gathered around the table playing games. The Large Island seats 6 and makes the perfect place to chat while dinner is being prepared. The Full over Full bunk bed area offers an additional sleeping chair that lays into a bed. This area is also good for reading and just relaxing. The Owners Suite is located to the left and runs the entire length of the home. It offers an oversized bedroom with a complete work station for you to plug your laptop into. There is a large walkin closet with luggage rack and a elegant bathroom with double vanities, oversized shower and complete makeup vanity that includes blow dryer, Chi Straightner, Q-Tips, Make up wipes, Hair Ties, Cotton Balls.

~ Our gated neighborhood has 2 gates. The North gate takes you right to the beach! It's known as "old scenic highway" or "the beach road". This puts you right around the corner from multiple beach accesses and beachside restaurants. Our street legal golf cart can navigate you to anywhere you want to go on this road, or other roads with speed limits of 25 mph or less.
~ The South gate takes you to the main highway. This is very convenient so you don't have to fight traffic on the beach road if you have plans to go somewhere else like the grocery store, shopping at the outlets, Restaurants, theaters or excursions. For those last minute needs, there is a General store at the entrance to the South gate on the main highway.
~upon arrival you will have the convenience of an automatic porch light so you are not searching for keys in the dark on later check ins. There is a smart lock that you will be assigned your own personal code that will automatically activate at your 4 pm check in time. There is a doorbell camera at the entryway as well. Feel free to ring the doorbell if you have any issues with the door lock for immediate help or feel free to call or text as well.
Guest will have access to the entire property with the exception of the owners closet in the main bedroom which is kept locked.

Paradise Retreat is a small gated community sitting alongside the Gulf Coast with just a short walk to the beaches and shore line of Destin where the sunsets are magical and the natural beauty is breath taking. You will find it the perfect location because it sits in between Hwy 98 and Scenic Gulf Dr. with a gated entrance to both. This means no sitting in the beach traffic in order to go out for food, shopping or adventures. Then when it's time to go to the beach, the back gated entrance takes you right to stunning emerald coast and the white sandy beaches!

The home has on site parking in our private driveway. 4 compact cars can fit comfortably or 2 bigger SUV's or Trucks. There is absolutely NO street parking at anytime. We will have a 6 seater golf cart in the garage for easier commute to the Beach Road or for getting around the area.

There are very few options for EV charging in the area and none for Tesla within an hour drive so we have decided to install an EV charger for our guests to allow you more time to enjoy your vacation without worrying about where the nearest charger is. For Tesla owners, be sure to bring your adapter.
