Walking into this completely remodeled mid-century modern four-bedroom home with an open floor plan feels just like the perfect home at the beach. The very quiet community with mostly full-time residents lends itself for quiet walks and bike rides here. Morrison lake is just across the street and gives a relaxing feel listening to the fountain for early morning coffee on the front porch. As you enter the home, the spacious living room is equipped with a 75' flatscreen tv and sectional seating for seven to eight people, vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams with five large glass windows overlooking Morrison Lake.

Off of the living room is a remodeled outside screened porch with large sliding glass doors. Outdoor dining and seating area for six people with another 75' flat screen tv for watching football and golf. On the second level of the outside area there are hanging lights and a romantic firebox for cool glasses of white wine in the evening and seating for five people.

The open kitchen and dining area comfortably seats nine people, looking out the large windows to Morrison Lake is a wonderful open airy feel as the home is quite elevated on the dunes. The brand-new appliances and quartz countertops make for the chef's dream setting. The master bedroom and two full bunks are just off the dining area with four steps up to enter. Large sliding doors that open to the romantic fire box area. The king master bedroom is equipped with a 75' flat screen tv for late-night movies the ensuite bathroom has a brand-new quartz double vanity along with an oversized glass wall shower and separate soaking tub for relaxing after long walks on the sugar white sand. Accessible through the master bath area is the bunkbed nook with two full over full sleeping bunks. Perfect to keep the kiddos close at night.

Just off of the living area are the two additional bedrooms, the first is the double queen bedroom with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams and ensuite quartz double vanity along with a bathtub shower combination. This bedroom also features a 45' flat screen tv. The freestanding washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry area in this room. The second bedroom on this hall is equipped with 1 queen bed and a triple bunk bed, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin on top. Vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beam a 45' flatscreen tv and an ensuite, single vanity quartz sink and a walk-in shower.

Pool heating may be added at a cost of $50 per day plus tax, and must be purchased for the entire length of stay.

Gulf Pines is conveniently located in close proximity to the shopping, dining and entertainment districts of Sandestin, including The Village of Baytowne Wharf and Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall. You will be just a short drive away from Destin Commons, Big Kahuna’s Water Park and HarborWalk Village in Destin.

HOA RULES Guest are able to park a maximum of 5 vehicles in the driveway per the HOA. including garage. Additional parking is not available. Boats, Trailers and RVs are not allowed to be parked at this home. Tents and Canopies not allowed on the beach per HOA.

Perfect Spot in Gulf Pines

Private beach access is so convenient. Pool heat was lovely for March. Bicycles were fun for riding around the quiet community and to the beach.

Great Experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 2 families that spent a week at Casa Lily. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. Pool was heated well all 8 days. Everything worked with the exception of the guest room washing machine. Bring a dustpan as there is not one there. Really enjoyed the backyard privacy, I don’t think we heard another person back there the entire trip. Pool maintenance men do show up regularly and walk straight into the backyard without saying anything to you that there will be a stranger walking around in your backyard for a period of time which scared my teenage daughters multiple times until they got used to it. All staff were extremely nice including the bike service lady. She also just started picking up our bikes and putting them on a random trailer one day and it scared my wife because she thought somebody was stealing our bikes until she ran outside and spoke with her.Very nice woman and pool maintenance staff. They need to communicate better so there isn’t confusion. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to great breakfast spots. Overall a great place to stay and even the owner called me personally one day on the golf course just to check and see if we needed anything and to clarify an earlier experience. Seems like a great family to rent from.

Fantastic House

The inside of the house was exactly as pictured. We loved the large pool and the short walk to the private beach. We would rent again and Frangista was amazing to work with!

Our Casa Lilly Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and subdivision were the absolute best! Easy walk or gold cart ride to a private beach which was amazing. The house is a nice modern ranch with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for 2 families with children. Pool is very large and backyard has a wonderful screened in porch.Overall loved the house! If anything to change maybe small cosmetic tweaks on landscape and inside wall bathroom fixtures that needed fixing.
