Highlights include a gourmet kitchen, a game room, three cozy fireplaces, a hot tub, and a firepit. Host a cookout on the deck, complete with a grill and heaters.

Travel just minutes to hiking in nearby Meyers or South Lake Tahoe. The lake and Heavenly ski resort are within a 15-minute drive.

LIVING AREA

Unwind in the living area, where a sofa and a wall-mounted TV await. The gas fireplace creates a warm ambience.

Play air hockey or billiards on the multi-game table in the game room. A four-person table is great for board games. Watch sports on the smart TV by the glow of the gas fireplace. A Sony PlayStation 4 is provided.

KITCHEN & DINING

The all-new kitchen is ideal for entertaining at home with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Four can keep the chef company at the island bar. Serve meals at the elegant eight-person dining table.

BED & BATH

The primary suite has a king bed, gas fireplace, smart TV, and private balcony with heated mats. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed, while the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Two guest bathrooms are both fitted with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Host a cookout on the back deck, complete with a gas grill, two gas heaters, and a table for six. Play games in the fully fenced backyard, take a soak in the hot tub, or enjoy fireside chats around the firepit.

Access to this home is via a set of steep stairs. The property does not have air-conditioning.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
