WHAT’S NEARBY
Indian Rocks Beach is part of a barrier island and offers nearly three miles of beautiful and accessible beaches along the glittering Gulf of Mexico. It is nestled between Mile Markers 16 and 18 along Gulf Boulevard where at various points spectacular water views of both the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway are enjoyed.

While this condo is dog-friendly, dogs are not allowed on the beach. The following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Needs drastic remodel

Loved location. We're NOT TOLD BUILDING WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. So I would tear down plastic on sliding glass doors in evening when workers left so we cold enjoy view from balcony. Carpets dirty. Kitchen falling apart. Was not happy with place at all. Again the only saving grace was proximity to beach. Would not stay here again.

Misrepresented On Web site

Booked for the beach view balcony only to arrive with plastic sheeting on sliding glass doors, red tape and no entry signs on the balcony. NO ONE EVER MENTIONED CONSTRUCTION ONGOING WITH THIS PROPERTY. Workers started with construction noise at 0730... we were not happy. VACASA did give a discounted rate after I complained. I would not recommend this place.

Beautiful setting

The condo was a beautiful setting to enjoy IRB and all that it has to offer. Everything was clean and comfortable, and there were so many great beach items that we were able to use during our stay.

Loved our stay

My husband, daughter and I stayed a week in the condo. we loved our time there. The location is excellent and views were fantastic. The condo is very well stocked. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels! We can't wait to plan another trip.

Beautiful Stay- Steps from Pool & Beach

This wonderful place has the best views of the bay and ocean. It was absolutely perfect for our young family & was very clean. The best part was the location- only steps away from the pool and beach. It certainly exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning again soon:) We also loved having the benefit of a washer/dryer in the unit as well as a pack n play for the baby. Thank you for a beautiful vacation filled with incredible memories!

Perfect paradise

This was perfect for a mother/daughter getaway. Minor updates to cabinetry needed but that didn’t keep us from enjoying it all! Two bathrooms but only one shower. Beds very comfy, condo spotlessly clean. Right on the beach-pool and beach felt like they were our private spaces-amazing. Thanks for such a great space and location!

Beautiful view and beach!

Love the location-would come again. I would however bring my own beach chairs. The ones in the condo are either broken or are standard lawn chairs-not reclining beach chairs. Only one shower but plenty of space, all the cookware you need, wonderful layout of living space. It was perfect for our mother/daughter getaway

beach vacation

I really liked the location and the condo was cute. However, the condo was not very clean. Alot of the dishes that were in the cabinets were dirty and needed to be cleaned before using. The bathroom floor and near the shower had not looked like it had been cleaned well. There was also what looked like mold growing in the shower handle.

Amazing view but not good for allergies

View is amazing. If you have pet allergies, bring your medicine. Newer couches hold pet dander. One shower bathroom and one garden tub bathroom. Kitchen has almost everything you need if you are eating in at all. Comfortable and well cleaned with exception of living room furniture.

Need a ladder

Overall nice place to stay, the only thing preventing a 5 star rating is the couch and love seat in the living room appear to be futons and lack any type of good body posture for sitting. Both my mom and I had back pain the entire 2 weeks. Also the bed in the master bedroom is so high you need a ladder to get into it. I am 6 feet tall and cannot sit on the edge of the bed with my feet flat on the floor. There is no reason a bed should be that high. My mom would never have been able to get into it.

Great view, clean and quiet retreat

This place will now be one of our "go to" places. It was clean, nicely furnished and stocked with all the kitchen gadgets we wanted (and then some). The gulf view was nice. The pool small but perfect for a cooling dip. There are plenty of nearby restaurants. I especially like that it has a washer and dryer and that beach towels are furnished. We did not have to pack too many things to carry. We did not bring movies or books and none are furnished, but a quick trip to the nearby CVS solved that. Overall we were very happy. There were only two of us and our small dog. Since we were the only ones using the shower there wasn't a problem, but the master has a large soaking tub only - no shower. There was also plenty of water pressure for showering while running the washer. Bring games, books and movies for additional entertainment. I gave this place a 4 star rating rather than 5 for 2 reasons - no books or games and Indian Ricks Beach (though lovely, my favorite beaches in Florida are in the Panhandle and just south - Bradenton, Long Boat Key because of the color of the water and the sand). I'm a native Floridian and biased towards the gulf beaches. Enjoy!

Needs a new hot water heater!

First of all it was generally, adequately clean. However, the first time we tried to take a bath ( in the master bathroom, that does not have a shower), we were only able too get about 30 seconds of hot water before it cooled down to just above cold. If the water was turned off, after about 5 minutes you could get another scalding hot 30 seconds of hot water before it got cold once again. So the only bath you could take in the place was at best only slightly better than a cold bath. The shower in the other bathroom had a low flow head, so we were able to at least take warm showers, if you didn’t mind the water temperature fluctuating between cold and scalding several times during the average shower. Did I mention the weird moldy crust in the master bedroom windows? It made it so you couldn’t see the intercostal that we were supposed to be able to see from that room. All in all, I won’t stay here again. Adequate if you can disregard all the issues mentioned above, but only just. Vacasa did send someone to try to work on the water problem, but he wasn’t really sure what he could do to help. He said he would contact a plumber to fix it. We never heard or saw anyone again after he left.

Terrific location!

Really great location with so many things within walkable distance. Beautiful beach is 2 minute walk away. Condo is very spacious with newer furniture and comfortable bed. Kitchen and bathrooms however are very dated. Management company is okay but not particularly diligent. We did have a couple of issues (defective hot water heater being the biggest) that took days to resolve. All in all we had a great couple of weeks.
