NEW LISTING Amazing location in the heart of Pacific Beach, newly remodeled apartment with spacious patio with fire pit and BBQ grill.Our beach apartment was recently remodeled & just few blocks to the beach. Walking distance to everything Pacific Beach has to offer, from the beaches & pier, to the restaurants, bars, cafes and breweries. 2 bed/1 bath gorgeous apartment, sleeps 8 people. Surfboards , beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella are available for your stay

GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors.

SAN DIEGO BEACH RULES: Please note you will be ticketed if not followed:
Do not take glass of any kind to the beach
No drinking on the beach or boardwalk or seawall
No smoking/vaping on the beach

PROPERTY RULES:
Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or outside of the property.
No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host.
The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use.
If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved.

PET RULES:
1. Guests agree to always keep their dog under control.
2. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet(s).
3. Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by pet(s)
4. If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented, and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s).
5. Guests agree that their dog is housebroken.
6. No pet(s) under the age of 1 year old.
7. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventative is highly recommended. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
8. Guests agree that the pet will not get on the furniture or bedding. There will be a $100 additional fee if pet hairs are found on the furniture or bedding.
9. Guests agree that dog(s) will be rinsed of sand & dried thoroughly before entering the unit. Guest linens & towels should never be used on your pet!
10. Guests agree that dog(s) will not be washed in the bathtubs or showers inside the unit. This must be done in the outside shower or with the hose.
11. Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements.
12. Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their pet(s’) waste promptly. If not, you will incur a $50 fine.
13. Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.
14. No personal pet beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer!

We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. No smoking in the property.

Check-out is at 10:00am.
o Place all towels in the bathroom.
o Make sure the air conditioner and/or heater are off before leaving.
o Fans and indoor fire heaters are turned off.

Before you book…

Be aware that the second bedroom at this property is actually a separate converted shed in the backyard. Our kids are old enough that it was okay but I wouldn’t recommend for little kids. It is also a duplex with pretty thin walls. The yard space and the location are great.

Infested with cockroaches.

The property is dilapidated, stuffy and hot. When my wife and I came back from dinner, we turned the lights on in the kitchen and cockroaches went scurrying for cover. I can put up with the dilapidated stuffy room, but my wife was absolutely horrified at the cockroaches. We had to pack up our things (after first inspecting for cockroaches) and go find a hotel room for the next two nights on short notice. It ruined our vacation. We want our money back.

PB Stay

The place was a cute one bedroom with a back house and huge backyard. I got two different messages from owner saying check in is at 4 pm then most recent was 3 pm. Conflicting and confusing. The first night we saw two cockroaches and backyard turf smells like urine from previous pets. However, the backyard is awesome to have and hangout especially if you have multiple guests. I messaged the owner next morning asking a question but only got automated responses about our first night rather than responding to the question. Place could be updated with hooks or a rack for towels. The couch bed didn’t budge pulling out at all. Maybe we did something wrong but it shouldn’t be that difficult. Overall, the location and backyard is amazing and we didn’t mind our stay.

Walk to the beach and big back yard

Very nice to be able to walk to the beach. Appreciate option for a dog, and works well with the big back yard. Everything worked well. A few hooks for hanging towels, clothing would be nice. One posting gave 3 pm check-in, but an email said 4 pm check-in. We had a wonderful time in Pacific Beach

A Last Minute Trip To San Diego

This place was ideal for us. It was clean and nicely decorated. We were in town for a quick visit and really just needed a nice quiet place to sleep. It would be a really nice place to come for several days as it is a great landing spot if you are taking a vacation and want to be close to the beaches and a lot of great dining choices. The yard was amazing and would also be a great place to hang out. The host was very easy to communicate with and I booked this location at the last minute.
