Younger guests will enjoy their stay in the bunk room that provides two sets of twin over twin beds; while older guests can take advantage of the first-floor suite which contains a full-size bed and its own private bathroom. The first floor living area is the ideal spot for hanging out and entertaining. Plug your gaming system into the 65' TV or watch your favorite flick using the TV's smart features. Whether you are at the pool or enjoying your favorite movie; the first-floor bar provides a convenient spot to refresh your drink or refill your ice. When you're ready for a good night's sleep; pull out the plush queen-size sofa-sleeper and get yourself rested up for the next day's fun. Sleeping an additional six; the second-floor features two queen suites and a spectacular beach-side king master bedroom. Each queen suite is outfitted with a spacious en-suite bathroom and modern decor to help you relax and decompress. If you want to get away after a day of fun in the sun; you can retreat to the privacy of one of the queen suites and watch your favorite show or movie on the smart tv. The master suite is complete with all the amenities. From the spa-like bath area with its spectacular LED mirror to its private patio; you'll stay in style while enjoying the most incredible master bedroom view of the Gulf anywhere in Port A. The open floor plan on the third floor is the premier place to both relax and entertain. Cook up any meal you would like in the state-of-the-art chef's kitchen. With seating for eighteen; you will have plenty of room to feed your guests at either the expansive island or the well-proportioned dining room table. Fix up a quick drink with ice from the built-in icemaker or pour yourself a cup of your favorite coffee at the kitchen bar. While you're waiting on your meal or just relaxing; you can take in the big game on the 75' smart TV. The views from the third-floor balcony; well -- they are to die for! This is truly a one-of-a-kind Gulf-front property. With just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach; this home will provide you with the private and relaxing environment you have been looking for without being too far away from the action. The exceptional location provides unmatched seclusion while remaining close to the award-winning restaurants; local shops; art galleries; and entertainment in Corpus Christi and Port A. At The Sanctuary; you and your family will discover a special opportunity to vacation in one of Port A's most unique communities. There is an extra charge of $100 per day to heat the pool. Pool heating should be requested at time of booking. The extra fee must be paid at check-in at the Silver Sands office. Pool heating can be added after check-in; but it may take as long as 24hrs to heat the pool once the fee is paid. Elevator deposit is $250 per stay. Refunded after stay. Home has parking for 4-5 vehicles depending on size. Vehicles should be parked on the driveway and not in the street. Damage to landscaping from vehicles or golf carts will result in extra charges. 'NOTICE' NO SMOKING - NO PARTIES. ANY LARGE EVENTS LIKE WEDDINGS MUST BE COORDINATED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO STAY. EXTRA FEES MAY APPLY. LARGE EVENTS HELD WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL MAY RESULTS IN EXTRA FEES OR EVICTIONS. THIS HOME FEATURES SMART SYSTEMS THAT WILL DISABLE THE AC IF THE DOORS OR WINDOWS ARE LEFT OPEN. This home is also equipped with a home security surveillance system located on the exterior. Landscape maintenance takes place during the week. Management does have control over the days or times landscape maintenance will take place. NO refunds will be given for inconveniences caused by landscape maintenance. CONSTRUCTION: Island Park Estates is a growing community with construction work beginning at 8:00am and ending by 6:00pm Monday through Saturday. Occasionally there are workers at construction sites on Sundays. Construction noise may be audible at The Sanctuary due to its proximity to ongoing or new work sites. Silver Sands staff will make every effort to notify guests of any nearby construction at the time of booking. However; please keep in mind the flexibility of start and completion dates. If there are any concerns during your stay; please contact the Silver Sand staff. NO refunds will be given for construction inconveniences. Construction is subject to changes after bookings are complete.
