- The accommodation is not equipped with air conditioning because the thick walls and the double-glazed windows plus the shutters make it possible to keep the freshness of the night.
Air-conditioned accommodation would cost you more.
In addition, the air conditioning does not engage an ecological approach.
- The apartment is located in a very quiet street, however, in summer (June July August) it may be that the activity is more intense because Antibes is a very touristy and sometimes festive city.
Every items or equipement missing from the accommodation will be billed to the guest. A checking is done and reported by the agency after each departure.
- Please read the following important info about public transportations, parking lots, and house rules.
- RULES: NON-SMOKER apartment – PET FRIENDLY ONLY FOR SMALL BREEDS. Fee is applyed. Please REMOVE YOUR HIGH EEL-SHOES in the apartment. You’ll find a shoe-rack as soon as you enter the flat, take advantage of it! – NO PARTY ALLOWED EVERY WHERE IN THE BUILDING.
- FOR ENTERING the house either you will be welcome by in person or you’ll be asked to open a key box with a code I would have given before your arrival. The first key box is attached to the window grill. Once you entered the building and are in front of the apartment entry door, you’ll see another key box on the wall, now you’ll open it with a second code to get your key. A real treasure hunt!
- TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING LOTS: Bus line between Nice airport and Antibes (Pôle d'Echanges d'Antibes), bus station located behind the train station. Ckeck the schedules on the web.
- As you know the old town is pedestrian so concerning the car parking you can park on the streets around the old town where the parking is not expensive, the 1st hour is free, it's also free from 6pm to 9am and during the weekend. I recommend you to park harbor side.
You can also choose to leave your car in the large indoor parking called Q-Park Pré aux Pêcheurs. This park is very close to the apartment too, but more expensive.
- Recommendation: You can also leave your car for free for 72 hours consecutively on parking lots located close to Le fort Carré (east side of the marina). From now you take a free shuttle to reach the old town, or by walk it's about 15 minutes. it's a good alternative. when you come back in the evening, you park again on this parking lot.
- Here you’ll find the shuttle schedules between Parking Ville Bouygues + Fort Carré and Porte Marine, in summertime until midnight each day, and from September: from Monday to Friday 7am to 7.20pm – during weekend and holiday 9.30am to 7.20pm.
- If you notice during your stay an anomaly in the accommodation or insufficient housekeeping or anything else bothering you, please let us know in order to remedy it.
Enjoy your stay, sincerely, Murielle and Olivier.
