Located on the east end of the island Brain Waves is a short 6-minute walk to the ocean from it's second street location. Enjoy stunning intercoastal marsh views while cooling off by the pool! Top level living/dining area ensure you will enjoy every sunrise with your morning cup of coffee as well as gorgeous sunsets while dining with family and friends.

PROPERTY DETAILS

This property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation! Brain Waves conveniently has parking for up to 6 cars. You will have access to a private pool and tiki bar that is equipped with a smart TV and beverage cooler. There is a nearby bathroom and outdoor shower for easy use when coming back from the beach or taking a dip in the pool. The house is equipped with 6 beach chairs and a kayak provided for your leisure. There are smart TV's in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The outside decks are fully furnished with patio style chairs and furniture. The bottom floor living area is cozy and has a reading nook for kids or the kids at heart to enjoy! The kitchen is fully stocked with all your needs to cook a beautiful meal after a day at the beach. This house is very spacious with an elevator and keyless entry making it easily accessible. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Pets are not permitted at this property.

Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

No parties under age 30.

Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach Property inside or outside. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee.

This property has security cameras located at front entrance.


CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.

We offer Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
