This home offers an incredible balance between top end in home finishes and also immaculate outdoor entertaining space. All while keeping some of the traditional 1946 home features!

Enjoy Private Gated Tandem Off-Street Parking for 2-cars. You may travel light with our in house front load laundry washer/dryer and hotel grade linens, sheets, and bath amenities provided. Outdoor dry bar, gas fire pit and backyard is spacious to enjoy a Sunny San Diego weather.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a spacious floor plan, so if you're hungry or looking to relax, you can eat at the dining table or unwind on the genuine leather sofa. The TV has Roku and is in Guest Mode, so you can log onto your favorite streaming accounts that will automatically log out at checkout. Plenty of seating to spread out and relax!

THE KITCHEN:
Our brand-new kitchen is charming with everything you need to cook delicious meals including a variety of spices! With a stainless steel fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal, cooking at home has never been more convenient!

The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bakeware, can opener, corkscrew, and cooking and steak knives. There is a toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, reusable filters, ground coffee, and tea. We have plenty of dishes, plates, and a drawer full of tableware to accommodate large groups.

Travel light with your family. We provide you with kid friendly dishes, two high chairs and two pack and plays available for your littles one!

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Private outdoor space with a propane fire pit, lots of lounge seating, and dry bar for you to enjoy hosting!

LAUNDRY:
The unit has its own free 2 in one washer and dryer for your use.

MISC:
The lot has 2 units on it. Host Evelyn lives in a private separate unit and will have zero interaction unless there is anything you need. Please do not hesitate to reach out I am here to provide a great experience!
