In addition, you will be within 10 miles of fantastic and must-visit attractions, including The Track - Destin, Henderson Beach State Park, Xtreme H20, Emerald Bay Golf Club, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, and Fort Walton Beach Landing Park! Great restaurants are within walking distance as well.

When you book this beach abode, you are granted access to Silver Dunes' community amenities, including a sparkling outdoor pool, a tennis court, a fitness center, and a shared washer/dryer.

This air-conditioned condo is located on the second floor. It boasts an extensive balcony with direct views of the pool and the water, plenty of seating options, and even an outdoor dining table. Inside, this retreat offers a cozy open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Come back from the pool to unwind on the comfortable sofas in the living area, including a sofa bed with a Cozy Mattress®, and watch a favorite show or movie on the cable-enabled TV. When mealtime comes, and it is time to prepare something delicious for the crew, the well-appointed kitchen will have your back! It has all the essentials, including a convenient dishwasher and two coffee makers: drip and Keurig.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Mediocre at best

We were not given the check-in code the day prior to arrival so we had to wait on it at the condo parking lot-so unprofessional! It was very hot inside bedrooms at night and the outdoor temps were mild for Florida weather, around 82 for the highs during the day-we couldn’t get the bedrooms cool enough to be able to rest well, even though we had the temp turned down at the thermostat. We had to go buy box fans to be able to endure our stay. Also, the young men who set up and assign the names of the chairs and umbrellas at the beach, forced us to sit behind two very large parties that they arranged in a u shape and left ZERO room for us to walk between them to get down to the water. Asked them to move us closer to the beach and they said they couldn’t due to the size of the groups they had sat us behind. We paid our condo rates the same as them-we felt it was incredibly rude to make us feel that way and sit us behind everyone else and limit our access to the ocean/water. For the price we paid to vacation, it should have been a phenomenal trip. It ended up being mediocre, if that. I waited a week or so before posting my review because I was so upset with all of it when we got back, that I didn’t want to give undeserved negative feedback. After careful thought, I see it all as things that could be remedied, but should a paying customer have to ask more than once for help like we did down at the beach with the young men setting up the chairs and umbrellas? I don’t think so.

We love Silver Dunes!

Great location and perfect for families! Pool, pickleball/tennis courts, big grass courtyard to play kickball and the most important, right on the beach! This unit was nice and clean and we loved our stay. Thank you.
