Outdoor:
Catch some rays on the two lounge chairs on the tanning shelf or one of the eight lounge chairs around the pool. Take a dip in the pool while lunch is prepared in the large outdoor kitchen, featuring a sink, large ice maker, prep-station, built-in natural gas barbecue with bar seating for 16, and a 42-inch TCL with Roku Smart television all under a pergola covering with a ceiling fan. Take a load off and get out of the sun in one of the two cabanas or under the patio in the seating area with seating for five with 42-inch TCL with Roku Smart television and a ceiling fan. After showing your skills on the grille serve it up alfresco under the patio at the dining table with seating for 12 and ceiling or in the open air at the table with seating for six on side of the backyard just outside of Bedroom 6. Enjoy this outdoor space by challenging friends and family to a game of ladder ball or the jumbo connect-4. Wind down for the night and take a soak in the spa or pick some fruit off the citrus trees and enjoy a cocktail around the fire pit with friends on one of the six Adirondack chairs.

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

This vacation home opens up to a spacious living room with a gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 65-inch Samsung Smart television and natural gas Fireplace in comfort remote-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for 12. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Maytag french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for 5. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located next to the living room and features a Cal King-sized Bed, 60-inch Samsung Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the back patio. Private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and his and hers vanity sinks. Suite 2 is located end of the hallway and features a Cal King-sized Bed, 42-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. Private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. Casita Suite 3 is located to the left of the front door from the courtyard and features a Cal King-sized Bed, 40-inch Emerson HD television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Bedroom 4 is located across from Suite 2 and features two Queen-sized Beds, 42-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet with access to the front courtyard. Bedroom 5 is located next to the front door and features a Full Over Full with Full Trundle Bunk Bed, 50-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and classic 2-player sit down arcade game with access to the front courtyard. Bedroom 6 is located next to the kitchen and features a Cal King-sized Bed, 42-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and sitting area and workstation with access to the side of the back patio.

The hallway bathroom is located next to the laundry room and features a bathtub and shower combo with a vanity sink. The hallway powder room is located next to the garage and features a pedestal sink.
