Welcome to Raven's Ridge Cabin, named for it's modern, black exterior and placement amongst the treetops. This lofted cabin is perched near a beautiful cliffside, with two different views of the Smoky Mountains and has a treehouse feel. It is curated with period-specific Mid Century Modern accent pieces, tons of games for the family and many special touches/amenities to make it feel like home.

LAYOUT
Walk into the open concept living/dining area from the front door. The kitchen, with all stainless steel appliances is also on the main level with an extra wide opening for easy flow. One full bathroom with stand up shower (brand new as of 2023) and the bunkroom (with twin over twin bunks, queen bed, arcade, game closet) are located downstairs. Walk upstairs to find two private king bedrooms, both with separate sliding door access to our upper level mountain view deck. Both bedrooms have private closets, one has a desk for remote work. The washer and dryer are also located in the left bedroom closet upstairs. A second full bathroom with tub/shower combo is located upstairs.

*Must provide valid photo ID to prove minimum age of 22.

**A $500 off-platform security hold will be scheduled upon booking. This hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure (if no damages are reported). Please note: we are API connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez in order to safely and securely take security deposits. This is Airbnb approved.**

*No changes or refunds due to illness, road conditions, or Acts of God (inclement weather, natural disasters, power or internet outages, or other events beyond host's control). Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
*Guests should report any issues with cleanliness, items in need of repair, or disruptions to their stay or comfort during their stay and must allow host the opportunity to rectify the issue. No refunds will be considered for anything reported after checkout.
*Top bunk has a weight limit of 140 lbs, bottom bunk has a weight limit of 195 lbs. Bunks are ideal for adolescents and children.
*We are unable to accommodate early/late check in due to our cleaner's busy schedule. Guests that stay past our check out time of 10 AM are subject to a late check out fee of $100 for every 30 minutes.
*A motion activated security camera is present onsite, located at the front door entry. It records video and audio 24/7 for the security of the property. There are NO cameras pointed at private spaces or inside.
*Loss of pool card will result in a $100 replacement fee.
*We are proud to offer you the cleanest stay possible and have quilts washed after every guest.
*Copies of photo ID are required to verify 22 minimum age and identity.
*4wd vehicles are recommended for seasons with elevated risk of freezing temperatures, sleet or snow. The neighborhood treats the road in the event of snow/ice but we do not plow/shovel or clear the driveway
*This is a cabin in the woods. We have monthly pest control treatments both inside and outside of the property. You may encounter bugs/pests during your stay, please bring mosquito spray (if needed).
*We diligently strive to provide listed amenities to our guests but there may be circumstances that prevent this from happening. All amenities may not be available at all times.
*Guests must walk up exterior stairs and onto deck in order to reach the first floor. Two primary bedrooms are located upstairs.
*A "starter pack" of a trashbag, papertowels/toiletpaper, soap, etc. is provided for your convenience. We encourage guests to be prepared to bring additional items, as needed.
*The hot tub is drained and cleaned after each guest. It can take up to 6 hours to reach optimal temperature. Please allow time night of check in for water to heat. Standing/sitting on the hot tub cover will result in a $500 replacement charge. Please keep hot tub covered to prevent damage when not in use.

*PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE BEARS. Lock all cars upon exit and do not leave food outside. Lock the front door, especially while cooking. Trash/food that is discarded outside and not disposed in the bear bin will draw the bears to the cabin. Feeding the bears is a felony and is harmful to guests/the bears.
