Upon walking into this spacious unit, you will notice the wall-to-wall windows, along with tall ceilings and a large living space. Continue through the unit to find your private balcony featuring an expansive view of Snowmass.

The unit includes a private balcony, ski locker storage on the ground level, underground parking, Wi-Fi, brand new in-unit washer + dryer, brand new dish washer, two communal hot tubs, communal grills, and a fitness center. After a long day on the mountain, you will enjoy returning back for a dip in one of the two hot tubs.

The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare both fantastic family and romantic meals. There is also a well-stocked grocery store within walking distance. If you prefer dinning out, there is no shortage of restaurants between Snowmass Base Village and the Snowmass Mall.

One covered parking space is provided with the unit. If you have additional cars, please let us know and we are happy to accommodate! The parking garage clearance height is 7'5''.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom comes with a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space. The 2nd bedroom comes equipped with two twin beds, but can easily be converted into a king bed upon request. The underground parking offers free, private, and gated parking with elevators for quick access to and from your car.



Just steps away, the Base Village Transit Center offers transportation to/from the airport, downtown Aspen, top of the village / Snowmass mall, and everywhere in between. Servicing all four mountains, the shuttle provides rides to Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. Our concierge team is also here to arrange private transportation to get you to any destination in comfort and style.
