Step into a newly remodeled and beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat located in the heart of Snowmass Village's Capitol Peak Lodge. This luxurious condo offers everything you need for an exceptional mountain getaway, including breathtaking mountain views, a cozy fireplace, and unrivaled skiing and hiking access. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your dream trip to the Rocky Mountains.

The unit includes a private balcony, ski locker storage on the ground level, underground parking, Wi-Fi, in-unit washer + dryer, two communal hot tubs, communal grills, and a fitness center. After a long day on the mountain, you will enjoy returning back for a dip in one of the two hot tubs.

The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare both wonderful family dinners and romantic meals for two. Additionally, there is also a well-stocked grocery store within walking distance to pick up any ingredients you may need. If dining out is your preference, there is no shortage of restaurants between Snowmass Base Village and the Snowmass Mall.

One covered parking space is provided with the unit. If you have additional cars, please let us know ahead of time and we are happy to try and accommodate! Additional parking spots are available on a first-come first-served basis.

The parking garage clearance height is 7'5''.

Just steps away, the Base Village Transit Center offers transportation to/from the airport, downtown Aspen, top of the village / Snowmass mall, and everywhere in between. Servicing all four mountains, the shuttle provides rides to Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. Our concierge team is also here to arrange private transportation to get you to any destination in comfort and style.
