*HOUSE RULES*
Follow these rules to be a considerate guest and avoid any issues during your stay.

10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Self check-in with smart lock
No lighting or smoking anything cigarette and charcoal related inside the home what so ever.

*TRAVEL INSURANCE*
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your trip and protect yourself against the potential financial consequences of unforeseen circumstances that could lead to trip cancellation and forfeiture of payments. If you decide not to purchase travel insurance, please note that you will be responsible as outlined in the cancellation policy for any loss of payment resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to mandatory evacuation.

*NEIGHBORHOOD*
Quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors, many of whom have small children. Please watch out for any children playing in the street nearby as you enter and exit the driveway.

* SMOKING POLICY *
No smoking is permitted inside the home. please dispose of ashes properly. Charge of $250 per occurrence if smoking has occurred in the home.

* VISITORS *
Visitors allowed between 8 am and 10 pm only.

* EXTRA GUESTS*
Property holds up to 21 guests during the day but only 14 can stay. No additional guests allowed.

* SECURITY DEPOST *
We reserve the right to withhold a Security Deposit after expiration or termination of Guest’s tenancy, and to deduct from the Security Deposit costs for extraordinary expenses or damages including, but not limited to, damage to the property, loss and/or misuse of personal property, excessive laundry and/or cleaning, or staining of linens/towels/rugs/furniture.

* PARTY/EVENT POLICY *
No parties allowed.

* PARKING *
Guests may comfortably park up to 4 cars in the driveway in front of the home. Please do not park on the street.

* PET POLICY *
No pets allowed in/on the property at any time due to consideration of potential allergic reactions of other guests. Charge of $150 per occurrence.

* FIREPLACE POLICY *
The fireplace located in the home is currently off limits

* GARBAGE *
All garbage, trash and debris must be placed in securely fastened and tied plastic bags and deposited in the trash can inside the house in the kitchen. There can occasionally be bears in the neighborhood so please properly dispose of trash as requested.

* OFF-LIMIT AREAS *
One owner's closet and cabinet are located in the home. There is one under the stairs and the other one is directly across from it between the 1st bedroom and the 2nd bedroom. both are locked with a secure lock accessed by a key. Please do not attempt access to these areas.

* QUIET TIME *
Quiet time is 10 pm - 8 am. Please limit/minimize noise on outside patio/porch during the quiet period of 10 pm - 8 am out of respect for our neighbors.
