Noen nærmere havet, og du ville være i havet. Vår leilighet med 1 soverom er bokstavelig talt 30 meter fra stranden, du er virkelig bare noen skritt unna. Cayman Reef Resort ligger sentralt på Seven Mile Beach, mange gjester leier ikke engang en bil. Vi har matbutikker, og noen av de beste restaurantene og butikkene innen gangavstand. Kom og se selv hvorfor så mange gjester kommer tilbake år etter år, er Seven Mile Beach stedet å være.

MERK: Royal Palm Beach Bar spiller musikk sent på onsdag og fred kveld til 1:30 og kan noen ganger bli hørt på enheten.

Cayman Reef Resort 32

The location was amazing! Easy access to beach, right on the water! Could hear waves crashing all day which is so relaxing! Close to shopping and restaurants. The condo was so comfortable and we had all that we could ever need to make our stay more than wonderful! Had a great time! Communication with the host was superb! Thank you!

Ready to plan our trip back

The deck and beach which we enjoyed both during the day and evening, were the major highlight for us! This rental had all of the essentials we needed, plus extras like beach equipment! Presence of security on the property made us feel extra safe. It was walkable to many restaurants and such but we rented a car which allowed us to explore more of the island. We were made aware of the beach wash out immediately behind the rental, but there were other good options in the area.

We are so glad we picked this condo. It is as close to the water as you can get. The price was right and the location ideal. Fabulous sunsets, too! Location - only 10 minutes from the airport on SMB. We had a car, but there is a lot of stuff in walking distance (coffee, breakfast, liquor store, restaurants, Camana Bay). We took a boat tour and it was a short 10 minute drive away. Condo - perfect for a couple. I found the king bed to be comfortable, and the AC worked wonderfully. We made breakfast a couple of mornings and found everything we needed in the kitchen. It is well stocked in case you want to dine in. I also appreciated the beach gear - floats, chairs, umbrella, and cooler. There wasn't anything the condo didn't have in terms of supplies. Beach towels, hair dryer, safe, washer, luggage caddy, charging ports, etc. were all provided. Beach status - There is a small public beach next door and a ladder into the water. There is debris in the water - rocks, poles, and cement blocks (hurricane debris?) that has algae growing on it, so you can snorkel at the condo or get a float and cool off. But I recommend driving a few minutes up the road to Governor's Beach (free to park) for a photo-worthy SMB experience. WOW, the water and sand here are amazing. Recs - Best breakfast was at Cimboco (delicious coffee and breakfast quesadilla). Best lunch was at Kaibo (take the water taxi over to try their fried fish curry). Best dinner was at Saltwater Grill and Peppers.

Perfect trip

The property is gorgeous and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and a grocery! Literally walked off the patio and onto the sand. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic beach front condo

We have been going to 7 mile beach for over 20 years and always stay at a resort but chose this option and very glad we did. Very nice and updated condo, I can't say enough good things about it.

Fabulous condo

Condo is exactly as pictured and described. We’ve been renting vacation condos for 25 years and this was the cleanest and most well stocked we’ve had. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great Property!

We had a great stay at this property. The owner provided great information and all very timely prior to check-in and during our stay. The property is very clean and pictured exactly as described. The property is within walking distance of most areas of 7-mile beach and a rental car was not needed. For those times when we didn't want to walk, we just jumped on public transportation right outside the property gates. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice condo, good location

Husband and I stayed at Marc's condo for 4 nights after business trip to area. Didn't rent a car as taxi's were available. Good location to walk to restaurants. Condo was great! Clean, well equipped, simple (except the TV was complicated). Marc told us about beach damage (hurricane) prior to arrival and the beach wasn't the same as the photos online. However, nothing you can do about that and we enjoyed the outdoor area around the condo. If we return to GC, we'd rent this property again.

Awesome Beach Stay!

Great condo on 7-mile beach. Condo was very clean, updated decor and was well equipped with everything you we needed for a great vacation. The property was also very nice as it was well-landscaped and clean. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas provided for guests to use. Area was quiet but close (walkable) to local grocery stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this wonderful condo and resort!

Peaceful stay

Perfect accommodation for couples looking for a 1 bedroom steps from the beach. The condo is clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here and loved having the screened in porch for meals or just relaxing with a beautiful sunset view. Appreciated all the helpful and courteous communications from Marc. Thank you for making our stay so nice! We will be back again.

Heaven!

This place was perfect during our stay in Grand Cayman. You are literally steps away from the beach. We really enjoyed how convenient it was to restaurants and grocery stores. Marc was very helpful with the emails and checking in was a breeze . The place was decorated nicely and the property was very clean. We would definitely be using this rental unit when we come back to visit.

Serenity by the Seven Mile Beach!

Clean property. Marc was incredibly responsive to our questions. Played Pickleball and Tennis with their racquets, very fun! Beach is literally right there in front of you as you wake up. Can easily sit in the patio and enjoy the morning waves. Thanks Marc for the wonderful stay!

Great condo/Wonderful time

This was our first visit to Grand Cayman. We had a great time. The condo was outstanding. It was well done, recently updated, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped. There were plenty of places close by including a liquor store, grocery store, and restaurants. Camana Bay and all it has to offer are an easy walk. The host was great. He provided a great deal of information and even called on our first night to make sure everything was good.I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Perfect Location

Literally everything was great. Marc and Monique were excellent hosts. They were very proactive in letting us know what was happening on the island and that their beach was getting smaller from storms, but we absolutely loved the smaller beach. If you want to walk the wide white sand beaches, there’s just a 10 yard walk through knee deep water then it opens up and you can walk as long as you’d like. There was plenty of sand just outside the condo to sink into and soak up the sun and the crowds were extremely small. There was a cool reef about 20 yards out where we were able to snorkel and see tons of reef fish, puffer fish, and a couple sting rays. It was amazing to wake up every morning and look at the beautiful water through the sliding door in our bedroom. The location was perfect too. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping and a short drive or taxi ride to many others. Marc and Monique gave great recs on food. We felt at home right when we walked through the front door. The condo was clean, full of everything we needed, and very cozy. We plan on coming back to Cayman and will absolutely stay here again.

Excellent!

Condo was even better than presented... clean, fresh, well-appointed, well-equipped with every detail and need covered. Host and Hostess actively/timely communicated and responded to questions and requests prior to and during our stay. The property location was fantastic being within walking distance of everything that was needed (food, groceries, alcohol, etc.). We did venture (by local bus that's easy to use) to George Town (for breakfast at Waffle Monkey... Great!), but found along the way that we really did not need to go beyond what was located within a matter of blocks from Cayman Reef Resort. And, by the way, the hosts were right... the BEST place to eat was Ragazzi Ristorante and Pizzeria (food, service, atmosphere... exceptional!). Thanks to Mother Nature, the beach was short and the ocean bed was rocky, but must say it was rather nice to have the ocean literally right outside the sliding glass doors and virtually a private beach experience (between Noon and 5:15 pm). Overall, an excellent 5 day getaway.

With three children, and technically adults now, it has always and still is relaxing to know everyone will be safe. We started with one condo and soon found ourselves adding a few more. What started as a hobby, has quickly become a small business and now leads to our full-time jobs, and as such we treat our units as a business and our guests as our best clients. With opportunities to purchase in different parts of the island, we keep coming back to this resort as it checks all the boxes. With over five hundred 5 star reviews, attention to detail is what best sums up our motto.
