This building offers two identically mirrored units, both entirely private and separate from one another - perfect for enjoying a large space in absolute privacy. Upon request, the door between the units can be left unlocked, making it possible 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms of your very own. Perfect for a family reunion, this duplex property offers twice the space and sleeps up to 12 guests – enjoy the convenience of two separate units connected by a door for extra privacy! Lightning-fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV in the living room will ensure that you stay connected throughout your stay. Each side of this duplex is outfitted with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms—one of them featuring an inviting bathtub—guaranteeing a comfortable and relaxing stay. As an extra precaution, we provide a whole-house water filtration system to ensure your experience with Surfside town water is safe and enjoyable. However, for extra convenience please feel free to bring bottled water for drinking and cooking.

A maximum of 2 dogs allowed under 20 lbs. Should be house trained. Please note that there's a $100/pet non-refundable pet fee, and they must be crated or kennel when left inside unattended. They must be kept from being left outside or anywhere on the property unattended or overnight, as this is against the city ordinance. You can keep your dog on a leash when they are outside, but please make sure to pick up after them. Please be advised that if a pet is discovered without the appropriate pet deposit being paid, an additional non-refundable pet fee of $75 will be applied, in addition to the standard $100 pet fee. Outdoor security cameras in use. Parties are not allowed. No smoking. To make a reservation for this place, guests must be 25 years of age or older.
