Brisa del Mar is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Naples Park to the north of Naples proper. The property is located just 35 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport and 24 minutes from Naples Airport. Navigating up and down Florida's gulf coast is a breeze due to the home's proximity to the highway!

The property is within walking distance to the upscale and vibrant Mercato shopping district, Whole Foods Market, and the Waterside Shops. Restaurants in that area include The Capital Grille, Blue Martini Lounge, Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar, and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar.

You can enjoy beach access as well as incredible nature preserves like the Barefoot Beach County Preserve. When driving into the driveway you will be greeted by the gorgeous one-story 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with stunning modern architecture including high-ceilings and sparkling white porcelain flooring.

The entrance to the home is outfitted with a state of the art smart lock for ease of entrance and exit. When entering through the door, you will see the bunk bed room. This room features a smart tv, a closet with shelves, twin over full bunk bed with a trundle, a workstation with a desk and chair, and direct access to a full bathroom. This full bathroom has a shower and plenty of counter space and storage. The laundry room has a brand new front loading washer and dryer, storage, and a deep sink. The sleek and clean garage has access to the home through the laundry room.

The two guest bedrooms are right next to each other and feature luxurious king-sized beds, closets with shelves, and smart TVs. These bedrooms have easy access to a full bathroom with an all glass shower. The primary bedroom is spacious and lux with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, seating area, smart TV, and access to the primary full bathroom. This bathroom features dual sinks, a soaking tub, a separate area for the toilet, and a walk-in all glass shower.

The main living area of the home is spacious and open with the kitchen flowing into the dining and living room. The fully-stocked chef’s kitchen has an island with bar seating and brand new Samsung kitchen appliances. The living room boasts a smart TV and a large seating area with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that overlook the gorgeous backyard. In the backyard, you can enjoy the outdoor kitchen and dining area overlooking the large heated pool (pool heating is $50/day with a 2-day minimum), you can also enjoy the luxury loungers and seating area with a smart TV. The garage boasts bikes, umbrellas, folding chairs, cooler, and a foosball table.
