As you enter the main level, you'll be greeted by a spacious living and dining area adorned with brand new floors and a fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals or grab a quick breakfast. The dining table comfortably seats eight, with additional seating for three at the counter. On this floor, you'll also find a queen bedroom with a 32" television and a full-size bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

The second floor is home to the remaining two bedrooms. The master suite offers a king bed, a sitting area with a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a full bed, and a private screened porch. The master bedroom itself has a 50" television, and the sitting area has a 32" television. The second bedroom on this floor features a queen bed, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a private balcony. This bedroom also has a 32" television.

"Bingo's Beach House" provides easy access to everything you need for a memorable vacation. Located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach on Scenic Highway 30-A, Ventana Dunes is the perfect retreat for a beach getaway. Blue Mountain Beach offers a variety of activities, including bike trails and shopping, and is conveniently close to Grayton Beach State Park. *Please note that while this home is not ADA compliant, there are only two steps upon entering the property. The  first-floor bedroom is large, and the walk-in shower has grab handles.

-Bingo's Beach House is located off County Hwy 30A in the Ventana Dunes Neighborhood, which sits right in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach
-The closest beach access is located 0.7 miles away from the property.  There is a cut-through at the end of the neighborhood that gives you direct access to Hwy 83 and a straight shot to the Blue Mountain     Beach Beach Access

Starter Amenity Package:

Our guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels,  2 laundry pods, and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.

AIRPORT INFORMATION:

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located in Panama City Beach and is approximately 45 minutes from the house.

Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 1 hour from the house.

When flying into the Santa Rosa Beach area, we highly recommend booking a car service (we can provide you with suggestions) as Uber/Lyft can be difficult to schedule in our area.

*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.

Please note our age requirement policy; One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
