Beach Access: The Blue Lupine Beach Access is located .9 miles from the home and approximately 1.2 miles from the Blue Mountain Public Beach Access!
The Blue Mountain Public Beach Access is a convenient beach access close by with public restrooms and parking. The golf cart provides a short ride to the beach!

Pool Access: Just a short walk from the home lies the stunning community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach.

Hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, stainless appliances and simple-chic coastal decor are just a few of the features that make this home a worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfortable, premium furnishings while the dining area offers seating for 8 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The living room leads to your outdoor oasis that boasts an outdoor sectional and a gas firepit, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the sea-breeze. Guests will receive garage access with parking for one and a second fridge. The large driveway offers parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property manager was fantastic. We have several issues with the WIFI and she was always quick to respond. The only negative was the lack of cooking tools in the kitchen.

There’s no ironing board. and need a cutting board so people won’t be cutting on counter tops.

Everything was uncomfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this house was great but that's where the good of the stay ends. The house was very poorly equipped for use. Need a cooking utensil? You're going to need to bring almost anything beyond a large spoon. Need to sweep? There's no dust pan. I had to buy several things for the house to make it somewhat functional for the stay. There wasn't a mop or vacuum and for a 3 week stay, it was needed. Every surface to sit or sleep on was wildly uncomfortable. The sofa was hard and scratchy and not a single pillow helped. The beds were either like sleeping on concrete or had zero support slats under, making it feel like you were going to roll into the center or fall through the bed frame. Overall it was a frustrating few weeks without the basic necessities that make a house livable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and house overall- everyone having their own bathroom was such a perk! Loved the golf cart to get us to the beach and easily park. One negative was that the house was not as clean as it should have been. Would stay there again for the price, but would expect cleaner.
