It is a beautiful 2 bedroom/1.5 bath townhouse with a small fenced in backyard with a patio area for dining . This home is close to many attractions like the 14th Ave Pier, Anderson Park, mini-golf, the SkyWheel and much more. Perfect for relaxing or staying busy with vacation activities.

The Space:
In the heart of Myrtle Beach this well maintained 2 bed, 1.5 bath Oak Park home offers a beautiful Charleston style fenced brick courtyard. Inside enjoy freshly painted walls, gorgeous custom stenciled oak hardwood flooring, and luxurious carpet on the 2nd floor. Large bedrooms with closets are perfect for accommodating your family. Spacious lower level living, dining, half bath, and kitchen exits to a garden patio under an oak canopy.

This home is equipped with one king bed and one queen sized bed for your sleeping needs. For extra sleeping space, there is a sleeper sofa as well. In addition, you will have a living space for relaxing, a full kitchen, and a separate dining area. Outside we have a garden patio perfect for dining or relaxing as well as a small outdoor space in the front with a smaller seating area. The upstairs has a full bathroom while downstairs has a half bath. There is also a washer and dryer available for use during your stay. Please note, we provide starter paper products and cleaning supplies for your stay, while these may be completely adequate for small trips, if you need more garbage bags, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, etc. you will need to provide those.

Guest Access:
You have access to 2 parking spots beside the buildings and access to the unit only

The Neighborhood:
Nearby restaurants recommended are Crave and Ciao for Italian, Cafe Gelato for a quick bite, Blueberry Grill for breakfast, Margaritas for Mexican, River City Cafe for a burger and Martins in Long Bay Resort for a nice dinner. If you drive a couple miles south, you will be in the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach with numerous restaurants, shops, attractions, and more!

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
