DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Bring your furry friends along on your vacation as our property is pet-friendly! We understand that pets are part of the family, so we welcome up to two pets per property. For a fee of $150, you can ensure that your beloved companions can join in on the fun. Please note that additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary to maintain a pristine environment for all guests. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that pets are not allowed in the pool or spa. We also request that you clean up after your pets responsibly. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please contact us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Vacation Home has a keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a “code” for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home. You will only meet our Property Manager for the Meet & Greet.
DOES YOUR PROPERTY HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS?
At our property, we prioritize the safety and security of our guests. To ensure your peace of mind during your stay, we have implemented a comprehensive security camera system. Our security cameras include a Ring Doorbell, a Ring flood camera on the exterior garage door. These cameras provide an extra layer of security, allowing us to monitor and safeguard the premises. To enhance your enjoyment, we offer pool heating services upon request. You can customize your swimming experience by requesting a temperature of up to 88 degrees for an additional fee of $80 per night. To ensure your utmost satisfaction, please remember to request and pay for pool heat 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please note that pool heating is not available during the summer months. Additionally, we invite you to indulge in the spa at no extra cost, with a recommended temperature range of 100-102 degrees. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
Experience the convenience of our fully furnished vacation rentals, designed to provide you with a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Each of our properties is equipped with all the essentials, including high-quality linens, bath towels, and pool towels. Our kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and even some spices, ensuring that you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. If you have any specific appliance or amenity inquiries, feel free to ask our team for availability.
To further enhance your convenience, we provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Our laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap, so you can easily refresh your clothes during your stay.
Please note that while we provide these essential supplies, we do not provide cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip lock bags, or pool floaties. However, should you have any other questions or requests, our team is always ready to assist you.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!
