IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU BOOK

★ Booking Guidelines
We do not accept reservations from guests under the age of 25. To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and neighbors, third-party bookings are prohibited. The individual making the booking must be staying at the property. We do not accept cancelations due to weather. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of incremental weather.

★ Cleaning & Sanitization
Your health and well-being are our top priority. Our home undergoes a comprehensive cleaning process between stays, and all linens are professionally laundered.

★ Pools & Hot Tubs
The hot tub and sauna are open year-round, while the community pool is available seasonally from June 15 to September 15.

★ Not a Pet-Friendly Home
As much as we love pets, our home is unable to accommodate them. Bringing pets without prior approval will result in a $400 fee, cancellation of your stay without refund, and expedited eviction.

★ No Smoking Inside
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and on the deck.

★ Stairs
Our condo is located on the second floor, accessible via an interior staircase. If stairs pose a challenge for you, our home may not be the best fit.

★ No Air Conditioning
Like many homes in Mammoth Lakes, we do not have air conditioning. However, thanks to our high-altitude location and north-facing windows, the unit remains comfortably cool. Fans are also provided in each bedroom for additional comfort.
