You will enjoy a wonderful location close to beaches, the bay, and towns (Southampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, and Water Mill). Another great convenience is that you can take the Hampton Jitney or Long Island Railroad to Southampton. Find yourself within a short driving distance of amazing local attractions, including Elizabeth A. Morton National Wildlife Refuge, Parrish Art Museum, Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center For The Arts, Longhouse Reserve, Cedar Point County Park, farmer's markets, and hiking trails.

This home away from home is all about entertainment whether you spend your days indoors or outdoors. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the seasonal heated outdoor pool or challenge your friends to an entertaining tennis match in the har-tru court, which provides the perfect setting for an exciting game. Poolside loungers offer a great spot to work on your tan while reading a favorite book while the poolside dining area allows you to dine alfresco with amazing pool views. And if there is any grilling master in the group, the gas grill will be waiting for them.

Step inside this marvelous two-story retreat and delight yourself with a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The living room enjoys an extensive sectional complete with a wood-burning fireplace, ideal for cooler evenings. The country-style kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals and treats for the crew. Upstairs, you will find the luxurious primary suite on its own level complete with a fireplace, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The finished basement boasts a rec area with a smart TV with streaming and cable services and a foosball table, offering endless entertainment! Additional on-site perks include beach equipment, pool floats, games and puzzles, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning.

Things to Know
The pool is available end of May to mid-October, weather permitting.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
