A treasured La Jolla villa, “Neptune Villa” is our beautiful 4bd + 3.5ba Mediterranean vacation home located across the street from surf/swim friendly Windansea Beach. Indoor/Outdoor living at its finest with nearly 3,500sf of interior space + 5 separate outdoor areas, spread over 2 levels + a 3rd level rooftop ocean view sun deck! Other features include 5+ car parking, 3 fireplaces, fire pit, A/C, 4 King beds, BBQ, beach gear, & sleeps 10 (8 adults max).
LOWER LEVEL
Enter a lush landscape into a fully gated outdoor front patio with a cozy fire pit, a great evening gathering spot. Enter the main front entry where you'll be greeted by a spacious open floor plan with soaring 20' + ceilings. The living room includes multiple sofa seating areas, gas fireplace, SMART TV, & beautiful wood floors. Off the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, another gas fireplace, breakfast table seating & a separate formal dining room. The main bedroom on this level has a King bed, SMART TV & ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Rounding out this area is another bedroom with King bed & direct access to the lush & private backyard with BBQ, outdoor shower, grassy lawn area & outdoor seating.
UPPER LEVEL
The upper level features our gorgeous Primary Suite with new King bed, gas fireplace, SMART TV, & ensuite ba with dual sinks, beautiful claw tub & separate step-in shower. The primary suite also includes a private & exclusive view deck, where you can enjoy a glass of wine with views down to Windansea Beach! ROOFTOP SKY DECK
Our guests' favorite… The rooftop deck is perhaps the best part of this house. A magical place you can gather with your entire group & enjoy endless blue water & sunset views, this space includes multiple seating areas, lighting, & outdoor sink.

Beautiful Windansea Beach! Our home is located in the laid back beach La Jolla community of Windansea, a great family friendly area with a white sandy surf/swim friendly beach and local eats just a short walk away! Sneak peek:

Some of our favorite nearby eateries include Busy Bees bagels, Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, LJ Crafted Wines, Wheat & Water wood-fired pizza, & Duke's La Jolla family eatery. Also just a few blocks to Valley Farm organic grocery market & butchery shop.
• Activities
Within 1 block to the famous Windansea beach, which is both surf and swim friendly. Also nearby visit La Jolla Cove, with great snorkeling, swimming, & kayaking.
• Attractions
Just a few minutes away is the Village of La Jolla, with endless shops & entertainment. A quick Uber ride South will get you to Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~10min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~20min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~15min drive to Del Mar fairgrounds and racetrack.
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements
Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• Occupancy
Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise
Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premises without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
