THINGS TO KNOW

-Home partially overlooks nearby school playground, some noise may be experienced during school hours.
-Hot tub can only fit two people at a time, due to it's unique materials it is important to RINSE OFF prior to each use.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking.
