Atlantis er overvurdert, utsikten fra huset er fantastisk, enten du er i stuen, spisestuen, kjøkkenet, master shower, master bedroom eller soverommet som vender mot bassenget.

Badestamp på master-badet, majestetisk utsikt over vannet mens du slapper av!

Hjemmet ble bygget av Dupont på 1950-tallet, så solgte de det til Lord Sassoon, vi er de femte eierne av dette utrolige hjemmet. Hjemmet har 10 fot privatlivets vegg, noen skritt fra terrassen tar deg direkte til stranden. Hele baksiden av huset vender mot havet og har en kortstokk på seg. Gjestene kan glede seg over 160 linjer med havets fasade.

Kom og nyt det turkise vannet i Karibia, med fantastisk utsikt, fiske fra dekk, stranden ligger noen få skritt fra dekk, snorkleturer ikke nødvendig. Vi har et veldig sunt marint liv ved huset, svømmebasseng og badestamp som vender mot hav!

Alle rommene er ekspansive. Hovedsoverommet er 22 med 22 fot, med den ene veggen med 3 franske dører mot havet. Master bad har 2 vannfliser i dusjen, oppvarmet boblebad og bidet, nevnte vi et walk-in master skap. Stue / spisestue er 44 ft by 16 ft.

Hvert soverom har to senger i full størrelse, og en enkeltseng under full størrelse. Alle soverommene har skap.

House har en generator med automatisk overføring. Omvendt osmose for drikkevann. Vi har også filtrert hele husvannet. Huset har 400 gallon vannbeholder.

Alt nytt kjøkken med en italiensk Range Bertazzoni, Bosch oppvaskmaskin, LG vaskemaskin, vi har alle high end apparater. Fra maling til apparater til bassenget er alle valg luksuriøse.

Huset administreres lokalt av en eiendomsforvalter. De vil hilse deg ved innsjekkingsdagen og gjøre deg kjent med hjemmet vårt. De vil også være til stede ved betaling. Hvis du har spørsmål, bekymringer eller problemer under oppholdet, vil de håndtere dem omgående.

Vi belaster ikke feriestedets avgifter, drikkepenger eller skatter. Hjemmet er ikke bare rimelig for familier, det er også noe ut av boken om de rike og berømte.

Seaduction Bachelor Party

Seaduction was perfect for our bachelor party group. Great location, beautiful and safe property. Sonal was very easy to communicate with from the beginning, and the housekeeper who checked us in and out was very helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Great location

Great location with easy access to local taxi’s and right on the local bus route. Large roomy living spaces with views of the water and large patio to relax and watch the ships come in. Sonal was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our family had a wonderful time, perfect weather in February.

Spectacular Views and Water Access

The house is perched steps from the ocean with a huge deck area with pool, hot tub, dining table and plenty of seating. We swam and snorkeled right from the deck steps. The kitchen is well-equipped and living room/dining area is huge with the same great view as the deck. Taxis were readily available from the street in front of the house. We enjoyed several meals at wonderful local restaurants at the nearby Fish Fry. I was a fabulous introduction to the Bahamas. The people were wonderful and the house manager was very helpful.

Great property, needs better maintenance

The house was great, excellent location on the oceanOnly drawback was condition of some of the property - swimming pool was damaged during recent major storm. Contractors were trying to fix it while we stayed there.There were issues with the showers - some lacked hot water and had little water pressure. Tried to use the hot tub, had difficulty making it work.A drawback from an otherwise great vacation

Loved being on the ocean

Great living space and lots of beds.Shenque, the host, was very kind and helpful with check in and check out and anything we needed while there.It was great to be on the ocean but the waves were big enough that you couldn't use the beach that is off the back deck, even at low tide.Saunders beach is 3 min walk. Everything else (KFC, Burger King, gas station and liquor store are about 1 mile walk on a very busy road with narrow or no sidewalk. Unless you plan to stay only at the house, you will need a car or take taxis.

Awesome house right on the water

The very nice house manager met us, let us in and showed us around the house. House is just like photos (they painted it white inside instead of green which looks much better). House was extremely clean, spectacular views, and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The VRBO description said the house had filtered drinking water-- it did not and this was a major issue as it was hot and humid and we arrived thirsty expecting to have water to drink!! We had to get a taxi and go to the market to buy drinking water for 12 people, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner which was all 'supposed' to be provided, which it wasn't.

AMAZING

Our family had an AMAZING time in the Bahamas. I wasn’t sure how it was going to work out because it was so many of us in one house. We had the BEST time. The house was big and accommodated my family well. We were not on top of each other and we had the big living room and dining table to share meals together. Shenque was the house manager and she was absolutely AMAZING!!! She helped us navigate most of our trip. She was truly a godsend!!! I had a chef to cook for us on our final night and Chef Bevens’ food was soooooooo good!!! My entire family LOVED the food. I highly recommend this place. It served my family well!!!

New Year's Family Vacation

Great house room for everyone!

We had a family reunion stay here total of 12 people. The house needs updating but was large and roomy for us all and everyone was comfortable. The hot tub wasn’t working but Shenque got right on it and it was quickly fixed. The only thing was we thought we would have our own little beach area but there was none at all. That may have been due to the time of year.

A Perfect Thanksgiving

A truly wonderful stay at a beautiful home! AMAZING views, spacious home with plenty of amenities. Centrally located but definitely a busy area on the island. The home provides plenty of privacy, including multiple entertainment areas. Shenique, the Propery Manager, was both highly accommodating and responsive. The recommended Private Chef (Chef Bevan) was great and prepared meals for two nights and they were truly culinary delights. Please note that the recommended Private charter (Captain Eugene) was not reliable, but Shenique helped turn lemons into lemonade and assisted with other options. Will definitely reserve this home again!

Great Stay!

I stayed here with a party of 10. There was plenty of room, the home was very spacious. Everything was spotless upon arrival and the check-in process was easy. Shenque, the property manager was amazing. She explained and showed me where everything was and how to operate certain things within the home as well. The location is perfect as it was not too far from everything we wanted to do and everywhere we wanted to go. I'd definitely recommend and book again if I have the opportunity.

the views are insane! the house fit 11 of us comfortably. everyone was so nice and helpful- from the owner to the house manager to the vendors they recommended (chef, driver, etc).

It a shame how run down the property is.

The view is spectacular, it is not child friendly. The property needs TLC, with some fixes it would be much better. The only nice bedroom is the master bedroom. Although you pay for extra guest, extra towels had to be requested. The staff manager was very nice and tried to accommodate the best possible. There is fine cracks in the walls, the whole place needs to be painted, the furniture is very old. The gate at the stair that lead to the ocean is missing (extremely dangerous for children) the dishwasher has rusty racks… Leaving the property is a nightmare due to a very busy road, although the location is good.

Fun, Fabulous Getaway

We had a crew of 18 girls stay in this house over a long weekend for a bachelorette trip, and this house surpassed all expectations! There was so much room for all of us to hang out together, whether in the living/dining room or outside by the pool. The house was clean, we had hot water, and the view was absolutely immaculate. Sonal, the host, was responsive and took great care of us and our needs, and also provided some great local recommendations.

Friends Reunion

The stay we had was fantastic! The house was clean, felt very safe, plenty of space in the house (we had 17 people), the pool and yard gave us a lot to do while hanging out, and the view of the sunsets off the water were unbelievable. A surplus of taxis around the island make it extremely easy to get around. Sonal (the host) was extremely helpful and extremely responsive as we prepared for our trip and had questions about how best to spend our time. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Nassau!

Perfect home base to see Nassau

This home is located right on the coast on West Bay St. near the public Saunders Beach. It is between Baha Mar and Atlantis, closer to Baha Mar. The home has a incredible views from the living room, dining room, kitchem and Master. The pool and the hot tub were a perfect for the 7 kids we had with us. The road is on a busy road, but it actually is beneficial to reflag down a bud or a taxi. I would not rent a car. Easy walk to a gas station and the public beach. Easy to get a cab to and from the Baha Mar casino. Sonal was easy to speak with for information before our stay and Shenique is the local home attendant that is very responsive to any need. Make sure you negotiate your taxi fare before getting in the taxi. You can expect $3-5 per person. This home was a perfect spot for our spring break vacation.

We have been coming to the Bahamas for the last 20 years and truly love Nassau. We had been visiting about 4 times a year. Finally in 2012 we fell in love with Sea Duction and decided to make it our second home. We eventually plan to retire in the house. This house has been completely renovated with loving touches. House is build with materials that respect the corrosive nature of the ocean. We hope that you will enjoy Sea Duction as much as we do!

Property is oceanfront, heart of town, close to airport, close to Baha Mar and Atlantis. We loved the seclusion, the privacy wall. We love the healthy marine life. Whenever we are there we spend atleast an hour feeding the fish.

Hva gjør dette overnattingsstedet unikt?

Fish right off the deck if you wish, go snorkeling straight from the house. Heated pool, if the ocean is too cold for you use our heated pool. Pool is less than 5 feet deep, this was done so that you can enjoy playing in the pool. If you wish to swim in deep waters the ocean is always waiting for you.

House has a professional set of poker chips!

We provide spices and condiments to our guests because groceries in Nassau are very expensive. IF something is missing, PLEASE EMAIL us and we will try to replenish it. We will make a sincere effort to keep everything clean, if you would like your own supplies please feel free to do so.
Spices include salt, sugar, oil, olive oil, tarragon leaves, celery seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric, red pepper, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground mace, cumin seeds, italian seasoning, old bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, chai masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, indian garam masala, poppy seeds, ground cardamom and thyme leaves, parsley flakes, chives, cinnamon powder, rosemary leaves, caraway seeds, baking powder and dill. We have sugar, salt, oil and olive oil.
