In the immediate vicinity you can find the sports area, with football, five-a-side football and tennis courts, and a large public indoor and outdoor swimming pool, open all year round. The public beach at the lake is only 800 metres away and can be used without payment. A large golf course is available in the surrounding area for golf enthusiasts, as well as numerous other beaches and tourist facilities. From the house there is easy access to a promenade of over 4 km on foot, which encircles the entire panorama route, and another, at the edge of the lake, of over 2 km.

La Veranda is approx. 30 m from the main road, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, and the access road continues traffic-free through the village of Campoverde, to the centre of Salò, with no traffic problems and entirely walkable without the hassle of having to cross car traffic roads and easily reach the lake and the nearby sports centre.
