"Son Pavo Real" enjoys a privileged location in the picturesque landscape of Santanyí on the island of Mallorca, a fusion of rural idyll and convenient proximity to the island's breathtaking beaches. Just a short drive away, the dreamy bays of Cala Lombards and Cala Santanyí await, distinguished by their crystal-clear water and picturesque coastlines. The charming town of Santanyí, known for its local markets and art galleries, offers numerous opportunities for cultural and culinary discoveries.
The main house impresses with an inviting entrance area and a spacious, open living room, equipped with a cosy sofa and a television - ideal for relaxed evenings. The adjacent kitchen is a dream for every hobby cook: large, bright and fitted with a modern cooking island, it invites shared cooking and enjoyment. The dining table offers plenty of space for sociable meals. In the rear area of the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, each with its own bathroom with a shower, providing additional comfort and privacy.
The upper floor houses the master bedroom, featuring a cosy living area, a double bed and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A spacious terrace with sun loungers invites you to linger and relax.
The adjacent guest house offers another living area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower - perfect for guests who value their privacy.
In the outdoor area, a spacious, carefully landscaped garden awaits you with a terrace that invites you to stay. The inviting pool area is the heart of the garden, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, a lounge and a dining table for meals in the open air. This area is perfect for sunny days or mild evenings in an idyllic atmosphere.
Please note: A friendly cat lives on the property and likes to visit our guests. This is important information for allergy sufferers, as our house may not be suitable for people with animal hair allergies.
What is in the house?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to ask us.
IMPORTANT!
According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not charge these fees, you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord in these cases. Please also note that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
