FULL DESCRIPTION

This charming historic 1923 Craftsman Bungalow home near downtown Sarasota, has been newly renovated and decorated. Upon entering the home you are greeted with a living room with a comfortable seating arrangement. There is a formal dining room with seating for up to six people and an eat-in kitchen towards the rear of the house that is fully stocked with everything you need to make delicious meals at home. The rear door in the kitchen leads to an outdoor dining table with ambient lighting at night for meals al fresco. After dinner, relax with your favorite drink around the firepit in this private backyard. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and access to the two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a walk-in shower in the master bedroom. Both bedrooms are appointed with luxurious sheets and bedding for a restful night's sleep.

This comfortable private home is located just minutes from downtown Sarasota where you will find many options for dining, shopping, and nightlife. Whitaker Gateway Park is within walking distance from the home and includes a nice playground with restrooms, a picnic area. and beautiful views of the bay. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class white sand beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is 8 miles (20-25 minutes) and Lido Beach is 5 miles (15-20 minutes) from the home. Check out St Armand's Circle near Lido Beach for additional shopping and great restaurant choices. Flying into Sarasota/Bradenton airport is easy and convenient with direct flights from many cities and is only a 10 minutes drive from the home.

Very nice home, decorated well and a nicely updated. Beds were very comfortable.

The house was adorable and very nicely landscaped both in the front and back. The neighbors on each side were friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay there again. The management was on top of things and very nice.

Cute older home in Sarasota

We enjoyed our stay at the rental home, it was clean and mostly updated. The beds were the worst beds I've ever slept on, that is my only complaint lol the white couche was a little dirty and stained but overall it was a clean house, absolutely loved the kitchen. It had everything you would need, washer and dryer onset, which was great. The location was far from everything in my opinion but if you dont mind the traffic and driving then its a good spot. Siesta Key Beach was about 35-40 minutes away so if you're looking for something closer, this wouldn't work. We traveled with 2 toddlers and thought it was a lot closer to beaches etc but it wasn't. Check in was easy, check out was SUPER early (10am) and they were literally pulling into the driveway at 9:55 to make sure we were gone. We just got into done loading up thankfully, so we made it out with 5 minutes to spare. I most likely wouldn't book this again because it was far from everything but if you just need a cozy home to stay in while you visit Sarasota, I'd recommend it. Thank you for giving our family a cozy place to stay, We felt at home!

Wonderful time!

Great time, wish we could have stayed longer. The kitchen was the center point of all meals. We were close to the beaches that we visited everyday! Thank you for letting us stay!

Home from Home

First experience on arriving not great as house was v cold 61f- as heating had not been left on and Sarasota unseasonably cold! Got heating working and all was fine! Great history to the house, very well equipped, v comfy lounge and everything very spacious. Outside space and grill used a lot. Very convenient location, we golfed a lot which meant no course more than about 30 mins drive and St Armands 10 mins in car. Loved Siesta beach (although traffic back can be heavy) and also Lido Beach. Convenient for Downtown and all the restaurants and nightlife.
