Great!

It was súper súper close to downtown Gatlinburg. The condo its self was clean and nicely decorated. The befe were comfy they hay extra towels and píllows for us. The littles enjoyed the Pool a whole lot.

Very Unsatisfied

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. The last time I checked, the facility should be clean upon arrival, correct? We were charged up front for a ‘cleaning fee’ so shouldn’t it be clean??? That was not the case at all. Upon our entrance we noticed a few things that we shouldn’t have. A silver bead on the floor, a wrapper on the fireplace, and food particles on the oven door. Contact was made with the host and they offered to come out and clean the facility but, THIS SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED! I understand the host must try to ‘rectify’ any issues but this should not have been an issue to begin with! Other problems: the nightstands in the 2nd bedroom both had items in them from previous guests (a colored picture, hair ties, and a backpack), a hole in the hall wall, there was no bathtub stopper to take a bath, the bathtub faucet came out from the wall, and the bathroom soap was filled with water to make it look like the soap was full (note to cleaner: you can add water and shake it up to make it look like it is full but it does settle and separate after it has sat) The patio area was full of cobwebs with dead bugs which didn’t happen overnight. There was one working fire alarm (there was only a base in the spare bedroom-no alarm, and the alarm in the master bedroom didn’t even work). The handle on the patio door was broken and every night it was a fight to get the door to lock properly. Being a lower-level unit, security should be up to date

Close to everything

neat, clean, and close to everything. Would’ve helped if they had specified that there is a laundromat on the premises.

Decent

Pro's: Great location, close to Downtown Gatlinburg. Nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were comfy, the water was hot and the pool was a bonus that we enjoyed. Also, it was a nice touch that they had a fan in the Master Closet for those like me who need one to sleep. It was quiet and seemed safe. Parking is right outside the door. Con's: the condo smelled like mildew. It was made better by airing it out. But the smell never went away altogether. There is NO space in the bathrooms for getting ready. No counter space at all. There is only one remote to work both the Living Room and Master TV's. Note: I'd suggest only 4 people staying there unless you are ok with feeling crowded. Bring your own towels for the pool because they are extremely obsessed with their towels.

Peaceful and Pleasant Gatlinburg Condo

The condo building itself is dated but functional. The unit has had cosmetic modifications and is quite pleasant for a short stay. The location is superb and peacefully away from Gatlinburg's Touristy Main Street. I found it to be a good value.
