Toscana: familievennlige ferieboliger

We were a Norwegian family of 10 people who stayed in the beautiful and charming Villa Lean for 9 days. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our pleasant hosts, Monica and Giovanni. The villa have a calming and rustic feel with panoramic views over Capannori and Lucca. We had a fantastic time up by the pool during hot days, and enjoyed the nice breeze in the other outdoor facilities in the afternoon and evening. Monica made us an absolutely lovely dinner for my 70th birthday using local food with delicious flavors and wine from the area. Monica was also very helpful in organizing wine tasting and restaurant bookings for us. We highly recommend Villa Lean for future guests!

We were a group of 11 persons. The house was perfect for a large group. Everyone had his own bedroom with private bathroom but we had all meals together. If you like to cook, the house is really well equipped with kitchen facilities. The host was very helpful and attentive. We will be back.

We rented this house in Buti for a week in September/October. Both the house and the small "mountain" village Buti was a fantastic place. Although we were getting close to the fall season, the weather was excellent, and the beautiful pool (with everything kids need) was used every day. The house has everything a family needs; we were two adults and four kids, and the view of the valley and the town Buti is stunning. If you travel further up in the mountains, you can see to the coastline and the cities Pisa and Livorno. And within an hour's drive, you can reach the beautiful towns Lucca and Volterra. Marco and his wife were fantastic hosts and responded quickly to every request. Thank you for a wonderful week in your house.
