We really enjoyed our stay! The room was nice, spacious, and clean. We also enjoyed the view of the water city from the loft bed. The hotel is not super central, but that's to be expected given how affordable it is. There's a nearby tram station, so getting to the city is easy.

The location is great, very quiet, close to the bus station and has a great view. The cabins are new and very well maintained. Fantastic place.

I would definitely recommend staying here, our apartment was extremely comfortable with everything you would need. I wasn't sure if the area was a good pick to start with, however public transport is constant with only a few minutes wait at any time and only one stop before entering the main area of Gothenburg so ideally located.

Okay stay

Overall a nice stay. We stayed in a townhouse. Please bear in mind that the stairs are very steep. Pots could have done with a better clean but the shower was powerful and the bed was comfy.

One is the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The only real issue was that needing an app just to unlock the hotel room door was completely moronic. Thankfully however, the hotel soon gave us a physical key, and all was well after that

It was very easy to book for a group of people, the communication was easy and always responsive to questions. The building is completely new, built in a sustainable way, on the coast. It smells wood everywhere. You can find in the accommodation everything what you usually have at home in the kitchen starting from forks rounding up with the vacuum cleaner. It was very clean and all family members had electronic keys on mobiles, very practical

The area with the waterfront cabins was easy to reach with my own vehicle. My cabin actually had a fantastic view of the water, which is not the case for all cabins due to their location. The apartment is functionally equipped, most of the necessary things are available. However, I did miss a fold-out tumble dryer (the washing machine is there) and a tea towel. Also, when renting on two very warm days, there should be more than just one small bottle of Showregel (40ml) inside. Despite these minor flaws, I can still recommend the Waterfront Cabins.

Difficult to find your room, difficult to get the right help from staff, broken lights left in the room, room not like in the pictures, not a proper double bed but two narrow singles sliding apart and you can't let in daylight without everyone staring straight I to your room so you live in a dark box

Lovely new complex about a forty minute walk into Gothenburg central. Transport links are close by with trams regularly departing across the bridge. The apartment itself was easy to access using the waterfront cabins application. Bright, airy and clean with plenty of storage. Please note there is ongoing building work which is to be expected as it’s a new developing complex. But will wake you up in the morning. A 24/7 shop onsite however you require the Swedish Identification app so don’t rely on using this. Car park right nearby for around £15 a day.

Disappointing communication from Waterfront Cabins

We enjoyed our stay but we got a strange mail after our stay that we should have cleaned the dishes!!!! We checked the communication mails from the hotel carefully before leaving but there were no indication that the client should do any cleaning. There was no info in the room itself either. The room tv was not showing netflix and normal tv channels.

The family studio was nicely equipped with all the essentials and located near the water, which was a great way to wake up. Unfortunately, the positives end there, and the stay was quite inconvenient otherwise. One of the studios we booked (we reserved two) was on the third floor without any elevator access. This information was not shared by either the hotel or Expedia, which was a major letdown and a great inconvenience. I was assigned this studio, and my mother, who has knee issues and difficulty climbing stairs, accompanied me. When I contacted the reception to request a change to a ground floor studio or one with elevator access, I was told that while there were empty studios available, they were not cleaned, despite our arrival being after 10 PM, well past the official check-out time, which should have allowed ample time to clean the studios. If the hotel or Expedia had informed us that they could not provide a studio on the ground floor or with elevator access, I would have canceled the booking and chosen another accommodation. This was a significant letdown.

IHade laddat ner appen men var ändå tvungen att gå till receptionen för att få den digitala nyckel . nga mörkläggningsgardiner.Fanns "gardinstång" i sovrummen men inga gardiner. Lamporna utanför lägenheten lös upp hela lägenheten så det var inte så mörkt när vi skulle sova. Ganska branta och smala trappor mellan alla våningsplanen .
