We stayed in beachfront condo, the view was absolutely beautiful! Nice and quiet, easy parking. I booked through Expedia for 6 nights, paid for 6 nights. I received an email from the Property management (Vacasa) that we would be leaving after 5 nights. Called Expedia and they assured me we were there 6 nights. Never heard back from Expedia but did receive an email that we were out a day earlier than I had paid for. We had 4 women over the age of 65 looking for a place to relocate for one night. We had a couple women with air flights leaving after our 6 night. The last day of our vacation the 4 of us ended up in a Marriott Hotel in Pensacola(closer to airport) that had visible algae growing in their pool. I never thought I would go to Florida stay in a Marriott Hotel and not want to use their pool because it was not clean!! I’ve been home for a week and I have not received anything about who’s refunding my 6th night rental. Not sure whose mistake this was but neither are taking responsibility, therefore I’ll be on the phone AGAIN trying to get this resolved. So wish people would do there jobs and do them correctly!

Upon arrival my door combination would not work. Took me almost an hour to get inside the room and there is no one on staff to help with the problem, Would never stay here again

Property is dated and is in need of updates and maintenance---Unit had several issues when we arrived including the glass shower door being off track and allowing shower water to run out on to the bathroom floor, the couch is old and looks like it make break in half at any time, the granite counter has a long crack in the middle of it and the washer was out of service when we arrived. Some items were fixed on day 2 and the washer was fixed on day 3 however the mgmt co entered the room without prior notice to us on day 3! Location is great though.

Upon our arrival the couch and a deck chair were broken as well as dirty dishes in the cabinets. The shower door was not on the sliding track of the glass doors, leaking water on the floor. It was just small things but it is very accessible to the beach and in a great location.

The condos were nice, they’re beach front with three pools and a small kids pool. Our particular unit had a bedbug issue which the rental management company dealt with us about. We discovered the bugs on our last night and up until then, we enjoyed the trip.

Our bedroom light in the bathroom was broke and wasnt notified until the day of our stay. Vents had black mold. Fold out bed was awful it had a big dip in the middle you could feel the bars

Decent condo for the cost.

Bed was not comfortable but it worked. Internet wasn’t working the whole time we were there. Pools were nice and beach access was excellent. All in all it was a great stay, as we were gone most of the day and really only slept at the condo.

The concession stand in the parking garage and kiddie pool were a huge hit for us. The beach access on the property was also great. Staff at the condominium were very nice and helpful. The condo itself however was a bit of a disappointment. It wasn’t what I would consider clean. It was also very outdated. Glasses in the cabinets were sticky and dirty. Having in condo laundry was a selling point for me but the dryer door popped open every 10 minutes. When we first got the condo my 3 year old took his shoes off and was complaining about the sand on his feet it was like the floors were never cleaned after the previous stay. I had to sweep upon arrival because there was so much sand on the floors thankfully I found a broom in one of the closets. Also the extra blankets in the closet I don’t think were washed. We found a used bandaid stuck to one
 also don’t get me started about the DUST. The upstairs bedroom had dust on everything. The ceiling, the walls, the lampshades and the headboard.
Every lampshade looked like this. Very dusty.

The unit was in poor condition. It is dated and poorly maintained. It has mold and disconnected fire alarms. One of the toilets had running water continuously. The carpet needs replacing or a different floor. The bathroom needs attention

No chairs or umbrella for the beach, so you have to rent them or go without. Only 4 bath towels provided, so we had to wash towels daily. Plenty of kitchen tools, plates, and pots and pans. Apartment is clean and is a good location.

My experience at this condominium was quite disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the place had a strong musty and old smell. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was completely sunken and squeaked with every movement, making it very hard to get any rest. In that same room, the bathroom had an extremely small and uncomfortable shower. The second bedroom had no ceiling fan, and one of the pillows had a large stain that was honestly disgusting. The curtains were visibly dirty, and the only couch in the space was also stained. when we arrived As soon as we took off our shoes, we could feel sand on the floor, Another very uncomfortable issue was that the neighbors were constantly smoking marijuana, and the smell was very strong inside the unit. This was especially concerning since we were traveling with small children. The common hallways also had a very unpleasant smell, like urine, which added to the overall feeling Lastly, the kitchen was equipped with old, scratched, non-stickless pans, making it nearly impossible to cook anything properly. Pools with no clear water Overall, this is an old, poorly maintained condominium with serious cleanliness and comfort issues. We definitely won’t be staying here again, and we don’t recommend it — especially if you’re traveling with family.
