Decent condo for the cost.

Bed was not comfortable but it worked. Internet wasn’t working the whole time we were there. Pools were nice and beach access was excellent. All in all it was a great stay, as we were gone most of the day and really only slept at the condo.

Would stay here again! However, the coach bed is like sleeping on a pile of legos and the fitted sheet didn’t fit on it. Affordable and very clean tho!

If you are on a budget, this is the place for you. Just the basics: bed to sleep, bathroom & kitchen. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Easy access to the beach! The unit needs work, the washer needs cleaning and kitchen smells like a seafood boil was never cleaned.

The weather was terrible all but 2 days, the last two was wonderful. We thought we would have a beach view.. that was disappointing. We had a couple of issues and they came out asap. We would stay again. The pools are great and the beach access is amazing. It is older, but being updated, it has some unique qualities. Enjoyed..

It’s okay

Had to wash a few of the dishes, the furniture in the living room area needs a little tlc. The view of a dumpster while trying to view the beach was annoying. Despite all of that the walk to the beach perfect, kiddos really enjoyed themselves

The a/c was not working when we arrived. The customer service line had the A/c repair person fix the a/c about 4 hours after it was reported. The furniture was old and stained, coffee table leg was loose, the ceiling fan had lots of dust on them. The location was great. Close to beach and good sea food restaurants. The location was quiet. Park was $35. Never had an issue finding a parking spot.

Not reccommended until inspected for mold.

Trouble checking in, AC broken, not working, dingy, musty, black mold in closet, had to relocate to another room at another property in the middle of a storm.

Check in is at 4pm which would be okay if check out wasn't at 10am. They knocked at our door 20 minutes before checkout. Its walking distance to the beach and the condo was nice with everything needed to make us feel welcome.

Sheets had blood on them called they came and changed, tried to stop the house keeper to look at them but they did not understand me. The second set of sheets had blood and I could not get anyone out there to change the rest of my stay

The concession stand in the parking garage and kiddie pool were a huge hit for us. The beach access on the property was also great. Staff at the condominium were very nice and helpful. The condo itself however was a bit of a disappointment. It wasn’t what I would consider clean. It was also very outdated. Glasses in the cabinets were sticky and dirty. Having in condo laundry was a selling point for me but the dryer door popped open every 10 minutes. When we first got the condo my 3 year old took his shoes off and was complaining about the sand on his feet it was like the floors were never cleaned after the previous stay. I had to sweep upon arrival because there was so much sand on the floors thankfully I found a broom in one of the closets. Also the extra blankets in the closet I don’t think were washed. We found a used bandaid stuck to one… also don’t get me started about the DUST. The upstairs bedroom had dust on everything. The ceiling, the walls, the lampshades and the headboard.
Every lampshade looked like this. Very dusty.

We loved that the beach was right just a few steps away. But, with the lock on the door not working, and the only way to lock the door was the dead bolt, and that only worked while you were in the room. Also the lock on the balcony door didn't even exist. Kind of scary

My two daughters and I stayed this past week in 311 and really enjoyed our time there. It’s not a fancy place by any means, but was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and literally connected to the beach. We enjoyed all of the pools and of course the relaxation. If I had to give any negative feedback it would be regarding the concession stand down by the ground floor pools. It was not staffed well at all and was not able to keep up with the traffic that was trying to buy food, drinks etc. The price of the items at the stand were not appealing either

Room had mold in bathroom. Comforter had dried blood stains on it. Furniture looked broken down in bedroom carpets old and needed updating. Sleeper sofa uncomfortable sagging. But on the upside bed was comfortable and air conditioning was perfect. Only view was tennis court.

The condo we stayed in was very clean and nicely supplied with towels. Adequate room. There is a slight view of the beach from the balcony. The parking lot is full of potholes…hard to avoid with the parking situation. The elevator was broken down on checkout. We did find another one at the other end of the building. We thought the condo advertised a full bed and bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. It turned out to be full bunk beds. They would have been difficult for older people or taller people to use. We never figured out how to make the ice maker work. Appliance instructions would be helpful.

Felt like a prison, surrounded by concrete. Outside was dirty. Room view was deceptive to online picture, it faces the street. Balcony sliding door did NOT lock. Microwave did not work, the bed was Terrible, need new mattress. Air conditioner unit needed filter changed. Whole room felt musty. Dryer lint filter would not stay in place. Fine if you don't plan on being in room much or making food or getting good sleep. Beach access was good.
