The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. Mini-fridge barely works. Not near any stores, restaurants or shopping. Paid for breakfast with the booking, had to fight with them because they said it wasn't included and that I hadn't paid. I had to literally show them the booking that I paid and even then they acted like they were completely stupid and didn't understand what was going on.

Excellent facility, but donโ€™t expect a smile.

Wonderful large rooms with all the amenities and sparkling clean. Lots of hot water in a fairly new building. Well kept grounds and facilities. Mass tourism on a grand scale. Good swimming pools and great beach access. Walking distance to the airport, but I wouldnโ€™t do it with luggage. Some functions going on around the property occasionally but no information about what was happening or where. A couple of the front staff were friendly and helpful when approached but most were cool and unfriendly. Generally seem to be overworked and undertrained. Unusual for VN. Very few restaurants choices in the area and no convenience stores. Try Cam Lum nearby for meals and massages.
