Close to markets and train. Room was perfect for our famiy of four. Front desk very helpful when needed. Breakfast was great,awesome selection of food. Excellent. Would stay there again.

It is a good apartment with what we need for a family of four people. It was clean and comfortable beds. Not close to city center, but close to a train station to connect. Easy check in and available parking (we didn't use it). We recommend it as an option in Zurih

Probably was good. Recommend bigger fans. This property has no air conditioning. In the summer it was super hot inside. Fan was super small and low. I had to open the windows all night.

average stay

the property was clean, the building had some noisy neighbors but that doesn't bother me much. the only problem was the lack of air conditioning at the property and opening the window was not an option because of the noisy main road so for a summer trip not that ideal. the bathroom is a bit on the small size but manageable. apart from that the flat was well furnished with everything you need to cook a nice meal. microwave was working fine and so was the fridge. Tv had plenty channels to choose from and internet was good.

Not the best but not bad

Very accessible, has a parking but a bit expensive. Few minutes walk to the train station, not that far to the airport. The place was spacious, however, the windows were opened upon checking in, which the smell of cigarettes entered the apartment. We got the basement. Very easy to check in, towels were provided. Has a kitchen which allowed us to cook. The outside was a bit dirty, bird poops everywhere. Overall, not bad for the price.

Poor communication. There was no fan provided when requested for one . It was hot and there was no proper ventilation . Too much noise commotion from vehicles passing by. Overall not a comfortable stay.

The location is in the basement, which is not a particular problem for me, because when visiting, you stay in the hotel at night, but there is practically no ventilation. I don't expect air conditioning, but access to air.

Lost my kids bag in the apartment, response was terrible and after numerous follow up, response was couldn't find the bag, it's like adding insult to injury. The bag was definitely left in apartment

I booked this property and realised that in the fine print at the bottom of the email they require to to check 24 hours prior via contacting them through email as they have no reception. I booked less than 24 hours and when I was 2 hours away from the property and I contacted them in order to gain check in information just to be informed that due to a “technical error” there were no rooms available. Had I not have emailed them first trying to gain information I would have arrived to discover no one there and that I had no accomodation. I then had to contact them again after still not having received my refund a week later. Wotif were the ones to sort out the refund. I would not book these apartments again based on this experience.

Liebes Team, Ich möchte meinen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung zutiefst bedauern. Die Wohnung befand sich direkt auf dem Parkplatz und hatte keine ausreichende Belüftung. Ich habe den Wohnungsanbieter gebeten, mir beim Check-in einen Wohnungswechsel zu ermöglichen. Die Antwort war jedoch: NEIN. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, sie wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet und hat grundsätzlich alles was man braucht. Mir fehlte ein Hinweis, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist - so fanden wir völlig aufgeheizte Appartments vor und auch in der Nacht war es unerträglich warm. Lediglich ein kleiner Ventilator sorgt für etwas Zug. Daneben war es in der Nacht durch die Lage zur Strasse hin sehr laut, teilweise waren noch Holzfenster vorhanden, die nicht richtig schlossen und so waren die Geräusche von draussen noch lauter.
