Very comfortable bed and pillows. Perfect size room and so handy that the bed goes up to make more space. Love that there is complimentary coffee available in the sky lounge.

Loved the decor and design features within the hotel rooms and general areas. Good room facilities all well designed included an awsome shower! Friendly staff in a quiet location.Would highly recommend although you nay have to commute to some of the London tourist attractions

New, lots of amenities, especially for apartment type of stay, comfortable, not far from centre, area is nice as well. Definitely will recommend to everyone viaiting London. Much better value then run-down stays in 5-10min closer to centre neighbourhoods

A nice property located close to Clapham Junction. All the staff are lovely. Decor is interesting and might not be to everybody's taste. Lighting in the room is lacking and there could also be an instruction sheet laying out oven functions, location of bins, etc but otherwise a quite comfortable stay.

The room was so stuffy.. no air conditioner so was really hard to sleep. They supplied a fan but didn’t help.. really took away from the look of the property. Also l sign out the front would help, really hard to find at 11pm.

What an amazing hotel! Very modern and sleek with every finishing touch imaginable. Perfect for long and short stays. We watched the England game in the cinema room and the hotel supplied free beers. If Carlsberg did hotels, this is it. Will stay again.

Privacy was an issue, curtains missing and there was free access to the patio from anybody inside the building, without the curtain you could view directly to the toilet and shower area. Reported the problems but was given a repair date of the 10th, the day I was checking out

Ok. Wouldn’t go back.

Arrived into 33degrees in the room as curtains had been open and sun blazing in all day. It had been 23degrees outside. Lovely balcony with great view so had the doors wide open most of the time including all night as the building is very hot. Floors and bathroom weren’t very clean. Missing and broken curtains. Most of the light switches weren’t working. Had to sleep with light under bed on and use phone torches at night. Right under flight path.

Imagine entering a dark cave... Kitchen lighting appalling. Living area lighting not much better. Unable to read when on sofa. Good to have fridge/oven. Trip hazard in bathroom where tiles have lifted - some time ago. Caught several times. Clapham Junction Station not the most accessible.

The check-in was easy, enjoy the cinema room watching movies, took full advantage of all the lounge space .Although there was a lot of restaurants around to choose from there wasn't stuff that we would and could as a black person and if you didn't eat pork.So because there was a grocery store there we were able to buy groceries and we cooked in our accommodations with the stove and dishes everything was provided inside the room. Brixton was about a 15 minute drive away so we got food over there which was all delicious and we had Uber eats. I wish we would have got the largest suite which was a superior sweet but we wanted the option for the balcony.

I had high hopes for the place but my staying wasn't particularly enjoyful in the end. The room itself was very dark even with all the (hidden) lights turned on and it lacked a coffee maker, perhaps a Nespresso would have been a good idea. I read that there was coffee in the sky lounge but when I went to get one there were no mugs/paper cups. During the evenings, it was particularly noisy with people slamming corridor doors.
